    Our experience was awesome. This is the 2nd time we went there for service. They took our extended warranty is how we found them. We are more than happy we were pointed to APA Total Care. This time major suspension work was needed. It took a little more time this visit, but we got great work. They were able to take us home which was nice. I can't say enough how great the service was and how professional they pride the service. Rest assured they will take care of you in a professional way.

    I took my C300 to APA Total car care to get my turbo charger replaced .It was the best thing I ever did . They did an amazing job ! This shop really cares & they are so honest . They have the latest diagnostic scanners & special tools to properly work on my Mercedes . Zach was awesome , he kept me up to date on my car while it was there. I especially loved how immaculate the shop was .I found my new place! I will only take my car here from now on.

    First time customer here. APA Total Care Care in Gilbert replaced the evaporator core in my vehicle. I was provided with frequent updates on the status of my car while the maintenance was underway. The fix got my AC up and running in no time flat :) Also, the staff was amazingly polite, accommodating, and friendly. I'll definitely be going back!

    I needed a full diagnostic on my van and APA did a great job, giving me a full in depth diagnostic report helping me pinpoint some issues that were going on with my van. They took care of me and my van & I will recommend them to my friends.

    Had another great experience with APA. Scheduled my appointment over the phone. A couple of days later I dropped off my truck in the morning. I was called later that afternoon and advised they would not be able to finish the work that day but it would be ready no later than noon the next day. I got a call about 9-9:30 am in the morning that it was ready for P U. Just appreciate them keeping me informed and the friendly service.
