blue+white was built by BMW lovers for BMW lovers.

We appreciate the precision engineering, exceptional performance, classic luxury and absolute thrill of being behind the wheel of these remarkable vehicles. We've perfected our business to apply that same superior performance to our service, because your BMW experience shouldn't stop when you step out of your automobile.

At blue+white BMW specialists we strive to maintain a position on the bleeding edge of BMW technology and service procedures. We employ an extensive collection of BMW special tools which are required to perform proper diagnosis and execute correct repairs. Furthermore we are committed to continual investment in the proper equipment, personnel, and training required to service BMW's latest as well as their classics.

We are also proud to be fully operational with BMW's latest diagnostic and programming platform (ISTA) which is the same technology employed by the dealership. Through this investment we are sure to have access to the most current technical documentation, diagnostic capabilities, and vehicle software versions.

Meet blue + white's BMW Specialists

Andrew Papanikolas - Owner/General Manager

A self-admitted BMW addict, Andrew's lifelong passion for automobiles grew into an insurmountable force that led to a career change as owner of blue+white BMW specialists. Over the past few years, he has overseen investments in factory-level diagnostic equipment, special tools, personnel and training to build Southern Arizona's premier service facility for BMWs. As the general manager, Andrew focuses on client satisfaction, daily operation and much of the in-depth diagnostic work.

Andrew is a Tucson native. He attended St. Gregory College Preparatory School and graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in geophysics. Previously, Andrew spent 15 years as a consultant in information technology.

Robert P. Feeney - Service Manager

Robert Feeney is one of the country's few BMW L1 Certified Master Technicians. Robert oversees all mechanical projects at blue+white, coordinates production and manages technical staff. He is the wizard behind blue+white's curtain.

Robert spent 11 years at BMW Tucson. He earned Master Technician status within five years and then went on to receive BMW's highest technical honor, the L1 diagnostic certification, in 2010.

Dissatisfied with the dealership's focus on high volume instead of quality and customer service, Robert sought a change. He met Andrew in October 2010 and the two brought their vision of unrestricted BMW service to reality with blue+white. Surrounded by BMWs, and challenged by the complex engineering of these graceful machines, he has found his paradise.

An avid guitar player, motorcycle enthusiast (BMW, of course) and dedicated husband and father, Robert is a New York native who has lived in Tucson since 1985.

Heard about B&W from a friend. I called with the problem that I was going through batteries. Robert was very professional and polite and even offered to do a less-than-ten- minute diagnosis for me so that in the off chance the problem was not the alternator which he suspected, I could save some money. We made an appointment for the 10 min diagnosis. Later Robert called back and said that the replacement alternator----a rebuilt one----that they were going to supply cost in the range of $400. I had already priced a rebuilt one at an auto parts shop (with a lifetime guarantee!) and found that the cost was really about $130! Robert said that the "owners", presumably Andrew, didn't want to waste the 10 minutes on diagnosis if I was going to object to the price of the part---so we cancelled the appointment. If you don't want to get ripped off for parts, BEWARE! Do your homework, and as Robert suggested, go to some other local European auto shop.

Out of all of the shops in tucson to take a car this is by far my favorite. The customer service is outstanding and the work is done quickly and perfessionally everytime I take my wifes car in. Easily the best auto shop in I've ever been to.
