    Erik is the BEST. I will never leave them. So trustworthy. Today my check engine light came on. I drove directly to Protech with no appointment. Erik hooked up the car, verified it was just a sensor. He filled my tires with air. I wanted to pay him for his time and he refused. It's not the money that was important. It is the fact that he took out time to make sure my car was ok and that it was safe to drive. I highly recommend ProTech.

The SP team ran the diagnostics quickly and laid out options to move forward, the best option was to sell the car for parts.     Brought my car in as the A/C wasn't working. They said they could get it fixed, and they were right! Pricing was reasonable and they had my car fixed in a day. The shop is clean and the people are friendly. I will certainly be back.

    Took my SL 600 Mercedes Benz to this shop and was impressed with the greeting, exchange of conversation with the service manager Andrew who answered all my questions as this was the 1st time owning a Benz sports car. The mechanic did a full inspection of my vehicle which I recently purchased and addressed any issues promptly and reasonably priced. Whenever I need any work done on my vehicle in the future I will be retuning to this shop, I highly recommend them.

    I was 100% satisfied with the work performed on my Mercedes Benz. I was kept informed on the repair and the car was finished the next day.. They are conveniently located close to Our Costco store in Scottsdale!
