After dropping the car off, the owner claimed the valves were bent while in their care and charged me $1,700 for a fix. Since getting the car back, I have faced a broken hood release, a loose hose that caused a loss of compression, and a botched reassembly of a rubber gasket that resulted in oil spraying over my engine.
