I have taken my two Audi’s, a Porsche, a Subaru and my present car, a BMW, over the past 5 years and not once have I been the anywhere near disappointed with my experience. They have proven to exceed all my expectations for satisfaction in services as basic as an alignment and tire mounting with their modern equipment, and with complex procedures including: engine, transmission rebuilds, performance upgrades, and car set-up. They have also provided great coaching and guidance as they are always present in any racing event that I have registered in. The prices are more than reasonable, are guaranteed to meet any and all expectations, be very honest and forthcoming in the price of jobs, and point you in the right direction with the costumer seen as the first priority – always. In my one experience where I wasn’t completely satisfied with an alignment, they immediately put it on the alignment rack, fit me into their booked day, were overly apologetic, didn’t ask for me to make a case for my concern, and never asked for compensation. This shop offers reasonable pricing without the expense poor customer service or work quality
