  • Joe is extremely knowledgeable, transparent, and most of all, not pushy to get things done right away. He even honored an estimate he gave me 6 months prior to getting the work done. Great communication, and explanations. I will not go anywhere else for our cars. Joe and his team are the best.

Very honest and reasonable costs for repair and service. I was impressed that they were so familiar with my BMW, diagnosed the problem while I was there and went over the troubleshooting steps they would do to isolate the problem. Then completed the repair within the schedule they provided. And they did something that no other repair shop has done in my 40 years of driving, they brought me the replaced parts and showed me the problems they had! The cost I would expect was 1/2 of what the BMW dealer would charge. This is a no frills, well equipped and expert auto repair.....don't expect BMW concierge service with coffee and croissants, but I like it better the Autohaus Europe way.

Sitting in the local BMW dealer's loaner car about to leave the a HUGE estimate for them to repair my window regulator since my window fell into the door, I looked up BMW repairs on my phone and gave Joe at Autohaus Europe a call. It was almost half the price of the dealer and he could take me that day. Returned the dealer loaner and never looked back. Within the warranty period the BMW part failed and Joe replaced it free of charge. He has done other work and maintenance on my care for reasonable prices and I never feel he is robing me blind like I do at the dealer. Forget the free loaner car, free waters, free car washes and free flower you get at the overpriced dealer, nothing is free but integrity and honesty is priceless.

Great service! Joe was very helpful and accommodating. He took my BMW in same morning I called and got it done by afternoon. Unlike other shops, at Autohaus Europe you pay a very fair price for professionally done repairs. I definitely recommend this shop and will be back here whenever I need repairs done to my BMW.

I have known Joe for many years and he is a honest and knowledgeable mechanic. My BME failed for smog check and I let Joe handle it and same day, he fixed the problem. He is truly a master mechanic!

Outstanding experience is not usually the description you get when you go to get your car repaired.

Joe is an honest man and he really makes you feel welcome and is eager to answer your questions or just sit and talk. He gave me a quote for a brake job and there was no "surprise" phone call 2 hours later trying to increase the price like other places do. For me, it's Autohaus Europe for a reasonable price and a job well done. Thanks Joe!

Joe is honest and reliable, which are two qualities rarely found when it comes to getting your car repaired. He has performed all my BMW service and repair needs for the last five years and I will go to no one else but Autohaus Europe. He also takes care of my wife's Mercedes. There has never been any up-selling or unauthorized repairs, not to mention that the price has always been fair as well. If you want quality service at a fair price than Joe is your man.

Wow! How refreshing to take your car somewhere where they're not going to rip you off. I took my BMW in for an oil service and inspection, the service was great! Joe the owner of Autohaus Europe was very friendly and courteous. After the inspection he let me know about a few minor things that needed attention and let me know what could wait till the next service. I left with complete confidence that everything was done properly and my car is running great. I will definitely be back and let my friends know too
