George from Coast Motor Werk helped us with the annual service of X3 on April 8, 2015. From the onset he showed utmost professionalism and courtesy.

Later, when I requested a ride to work, Jake provided a courtesy transport to my work. He was also very polite and professional.

Throughout the day, George provided updates on the work, and technical explanation of why a task needs to be done.

The lobby was clean and had plenty of comfortable seats if one needed to wait for their vehicle. The vehicles work was completed as promised.

I got my X5 serviced at Coast Motor Werk before I went to Vegas. 8 hours of driving can be heavy on a car. I had no problems and with the 100 mile service, my baby was running more smooth than before. I used to check prices with the actual BMW dealer before, but there's no comparison. Once you've been going there for a while, you can almost just drop off your car and have them do the rest. As long as I have my BMW I'm there.

I recently purchased a pre-owned M3 and after a less than good experience with Irvine BMW, I elected to try Coast Motor Werk in Irvine, CA. I am thrilled I followed the recommendation of a co-worker and the online reviews I'd seen because I had an excellent experience and will be back for all my service needs going forward. I worked with George and found him professional, knowledgeable and very customer friendly with regular updates and follow up. The shop is clean, open and staffed with real professionals who know the brand and are focused on providing the proper care for your car. I highly recommend Coast Motor Werk - Irvine.

Coast Motor Werks has been great to me! I took my 525i in for major service and they did exactly what was needed without trouble and pricing was great! They care about the customer, and about your car! They are very knowledgeable and great team! They are very easy to talk to and find the problem even when the dealership couldn't! They fixed my car and has worked perfect ever since!

I have been pleased over and over again with the bmw maintenance that Coast Motor Werk does on my bmw. I will use them for all my bmw repair needs for years to come. Their BMW repair shop is clean and open and the staff is great!

Coast Motor Werks - Irvine worked on my 325i. They did a great job for a great price. I have not found a more knowledgeable, professional BMW service center in Orange County - dealers and independents included. They did what they said they would on time, on spec and on budget. I recommend them highly for all BMW service needs. The service advisor and techs are top notch and really know BMWs.
