This is be far the best BMW shop out their. John and Robin are super amazing and super kind. Combined they have the knowledge to fix what ever is wrong with your BMW.

John was the best, even after have a extremely busy schedule and telling me that he will not be available till Wednesday, after listening to my engine and determining in about 15 seconds that my water pump need to be change immediately, he made room for me that day and repaired my BMW.

They both have won my heart in being a life long customer and will gladly take my car back to them to get it serviced. I can not express the joy I had when I turned the key and heard my engine sound just as good and even better than the first day I drove it off the lot.

If you drive a'll like working with John and Robyn at GT International. They have major experience, friendly and I always feel as if I got the best service for my car. Don't take your car to the dealer and get ripped off. John is a wizard and knows all BMWs like the back of his hand. I agree with the two other people above. I have since sold my BMW, but when I did have it for 5 years and the delaer was over priced...I discovered GT Int'l through my Z3 Coupe club. The best in LA!

I second that motion - GT International is the only place I trust to take my car in for service. Both John & Robin have never steered me wrong. John's had plenty of opportunities to make bogus money off of me - most repair shops would jump at that chance & try to BS the customer. Not John - he stays true in his morals & integrity. If a part is not really needed, hell let me know about it. If a part is soon to need replacing, he'll advise me of it. If the part still has plenty of life, he'll keep me informed. I was referred to GT International from a lady I used to work with. That referral turned out to be the greatest assest my car has. I highly recommend them if you want your vehicle in good hands!

I took my 545 to GT International on Thursday to get the brake and oil fluid changed. My car now runs better than it has in at least two years. John Norris is great. He must have done a few other things because the car now idles and shifts appropriately on fast take off. Beverly Hills BMW told me ARS and front struts were seeping and would need a repair soon and it would cost $3,000. I asked John at it and he found no issues. I now plan to keep my car for a couple of more years now that I found a place that does quality work you need.
