For the repairs I can't do myself, Bob is there for me. He and Nick are honest, practical and very experienced. I try to do my own work because I really care for my cars. Bob is the only other mechanic I let work on them. He's a mechanics mechanic. Not one bad experience in 20 years.
I took my 1979 mercedes-benz 280 e to Bob for a tune up because my girl was eating up gas. Bob fixed her up and now she runs perfect timing is dead on gas is better and considering that she is older than me she runs great. I have been looking for a honest mechanic that i can trust and now I have one. Thanks Bob and Werkstat West.
I have used Werkstatt West for both my BMW and my VW.... they know what they are doing and do it for about half of the cost of the dealerships... I take both cars there for all my maintenance needs... brakes, services, anything... Very courteous and happy to work with you. They even dropped me off at the train station after i dropped the car off and then picked me up afterwards!!! and it was all done by the time I got off work. They eveen do aftermarket warranty work.

this shop is a "diamond in the rough". don't let the location and surroundings fool you. it may not have the fancy, high-end decor but you get a great seasoned owner who's also a hands-on mechanic. and now the most important reason of all to bring your bmw or any german vehicle is the honesty, integrity, experience, and fair rates. i am not in any way related to or friends of the shop or got paid for this. just try them once and find out for yourself.
