Testimonials

  • Chose Avalon because of very positive internet customer comments. Took in my wife's Audi S4 and my Cayenne to have 25K and 40K check ups with some repairs performed. Prices were fair, and vehicles have run fine since their check ups.

Brian is thoughtful and considerate of customer wallet and time. Highly recommend Avalon!

  • Great guys, great service. Even comped my rental car when the carbon clean on my RS4 went a little longer than expected. I shall return, and highly recommend them.

  • I had a great experience at Avalon - I have never understood my car so well as when the guys sat down with me afterward and explained everything they helped out with and more.

I just have a 2002 VW Beetle - nothing special about it, but this was the best customer experience I've ever had by far with my car. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Avalon!

I had taken my car in for all wheel alignment. I was told they would check for bent parts. I thought that a strange remark after I told them I'm automotive tech myself and I do most work on my car. I know for a fact that every thing was fine. They called me at Noon and said they gonna start on my car. I called them 1630 hr and they told me I needed about 2500 dollars worth of work. They said they show because car on rack. I went to their shop and they show me parts on internet for 5 series. The parts they showed had been replaced. To make my story short I paid the ran some to get my car keys. They brought my car and I notice steering wheel was 20% from being center. Went home with alignment they gave me and park my car till Monday. I had just tires and didn't want to screw my tires up. They never sent my invoice so I went back to their shop to get a print out. The print out said my car had been in accident and major component (2500$) needed replaced. Not true! My car has never been in accident. I went to another shop show my invoice and they got a good laugh out of it and said nothing bad on my car I got a good alignment. I wasn't judged by the way I looked. Avalon hope you treat other vets better than you treated me. SEMPER FI!

These guys are probably a little higher priced than some "garages" and the only negative reviews I could find sounded like people were just penny pinchers. If you want a higher level of service than you're used to and you want pro techs who clearly know BMW (and other German cars) then Avalon Motorsports is the place for you. I can't find a single flaw with them and I love that they make sure my 335 is washed every single time. Competitive prices for a great warranty and I've always been treated like a friend.

These guys know how to take care of customers with a very personal touch. I only see them maybe a few times per year these days as my cars are still under factory warranty, but they always remember my name and my cars. It is a very welcoming place to be, very much unlike the dealer that makes you feel like they are herding cattle. Avalon Motorsports is THE place to go for European car service! The prices have always been very fair and they are extremely honest and trustworthy.

Everything about Avalon Motorsports exudes competence and elicits confidence. From the minute you drive into the parking lot, the atmosphere says "We're different." The decor, quiet (no annoying loud speaker announcements or bad music), cleanliness (waiting area, pressed uniforms on the staff--and even into the service area, I'd guess) and the completely professional and respectful staff. I scheduled an oil change and ended up getting my windows tinted, too. I couldn't be more pleased. This is without a doubt a company that understands and excels at service. What a find--and a keeper for all our cars' service needs!

I have owned BMW's for the past 6 years and this is by far the worst shop I have taken my car to. Yes, they did have a nice waiting area and polite staff, but that does not make up for my experience. I have worked at car dealerships and grown up around cars. I took my car in for an oil change and refused the inspection and when I was paying for my vehicle, they said I had about $3,500 worth of repairs. No explanation or showing me items. The mechanic should further explain on high ticket repairs. I was shocked especially since one of the repairs was something already fixed and under warranty. They even said an oil leak would be $1,000 and when I replaced it elsewhere it was only $200 for a seal and not the whole oil pan. Whether they were trying take advantage of a woman or the mechanic is not up to par, I will NEVER take my car there again. I spoke with the GM about this and he was very nice, but all he could offer me was a future discount on my vehicle. Why would I ever take my car back there, discount or not. Be careful if you go here. Don't trust what they say without further research.

Called on my 2003 M3 and asked the guy for a quote, just a ballpark. He refused and just wanted me to come by meet him, without the car, and get a quote.

After I told him my day was completely filled up and could not, he thanks me for my call and could not offer any solution. WOW! What a waste of time I did not have to waste.

I have been taking my BMW to Ralph Shomp’s and my Alfa to Ferrari of Denver for years. Avalon Motorsports has out done both in service, communicating what needs to be done, how much it will be, and unlike most of the others call you back ASAP to see how you want to handle things.

I will be taking my BMW to them from now on and the one that will eventually replace it!
