    Contacted Black Canyon on a whim, not expecting much, using a google link. To my surprise they contacted me right away answering all of my questions. I was able to schedule the install after the first contact and everything went seamlessly and was perfect. They were able to answer all of my questions and were professional and quite pleasant. I am excited to have found a shop that is willing to work as hard for my money as I do.

    Great service and friendly staff. I'll definitely be back in the future. They got me in for my oil change on time and had it done quickly. Also answered all my dumb questions as I'm new to the bmw platform, awesome customer service.

    Professional and friendly! I will not trust my Porsche to just anyone. They take an interest in the NEEDS of your car, NOT just your pocketbook (like some Specialty Mechanics). You are treated like family, as you tend to want become a repeat customer, just to have this personal relationship. A Fair and Honest shake!
