I started using Mr. Mechanic when I had a BMW 530 for a short while. Their mechanic Oliver had the same car which gave me a sense of confidence that he knew what was going on with it. I ended up not really liking the car, and now have an Audi S6 and Mr. Mechanic has been the only shop I've used...great service, fair pricing, Mike always explains what's going on with the car, what my options are, and usually what he'd do in my shoes...while leaving the decision in my hands each time. These guys are the best in town for Euro auto repairs, and also are quite capable on domestics and Japanese autos - per Mike, if you can fix the stuff those crazy Germans build, the toyotas and chevy's are easy!
