These men and women are excellent. I highly recommend Corbin's Automotive. A bonus when you use Corbin's is that you save three round-trips to south Jacksonville for every maintenance visit if you drop off your car without a loaner. If you usually get a loaner, Corbin's would only save you two round trips to south Jacksonville. Corbin's has a highly-experienced work force that provides BMW-certified maintenance with small-town, personalized customer care.

I took my car here for repairs only because the previous owner of the car took it here and they know the history of the car. I will never bring my car here again. The lady in the office is extremely rude and disrespectful!! When asking for a simple explanation of the charges, this person (lack of a better word) became irate stating that she "was not going to aruge" and that "people expect work for free". Who pays a bill and does not ask for an explanation of charges? Needless to say, go to a BMW dealership rather than here. I will admit, their work and the service men are excellent but the lady in the office lacks tact, professionalism and customer service. They definitely have lost mine and my family's business!
