I loved my White 2014 BMW 6 Series! I am OG, it was white and had mother of pearl Enkei wheels, sunroof, Ipremium sound. I lived hard and drove it hard.--Miami to Fort Lauderdale and back and forth. My BMW needed repairs and I mean I had drivetrain malfunction and high pressure hoses, then limp mode... First, the drivetrain malfunction warning (e.g. "Drivetrain malfunction: Drive moderately. Maximum drivetrain output not available. Consult service center.") putting it in limp mode. After finding German Car Depot my prayers were answered. After the expert mechanics consulted with BMW repair shop owner, Alan "Ollie" Gelfand, the real issue was merely spark plugs needed replacing. That's simplified, but I am no BMW expert mechanic...but we got one now! German Car Depot in Hollywood is THE #1 Independent BMW Service Center in Broward & North Dade.

The dealer said I needed brakes on all 4 wheels and when I took my BMW to the German Car Depot they showed me that the front had 1/2 of the pad life remaining. They did a full inspection, sent me a link with pictures and a little oil leak showed. They cleaned the area, added dye and said bring it back in a week. I got the brakes in the rear done for $260 less than BMW with the same genuine parts. I would have to say that Richie and the team made me feel like I was like family. I now have sent my co-worker with her M3 and she was very happy .

Extremely knowledgeable of complex German vehicles as my BMW. In the process of them fixing my vehicle with a no start problem, they also fixed my a.c. blower which was making a weird noise and found other problems that I wouldn't have known about. Would definitely recommend anyone and everyone to German Car Depot.

My 2010 BMW 535i developed a serious engine oil leak. After some internet research, took car to GCD in June 2015. They quickly isolated the problem (gaskette replacements) and found another major problem with the cooling system, requiring new radiator and pump. $3,000 and 1 month later, everything's running great.

They're pricey, but knowledgeable and efficient. Staff generally courteous, but manager, Rich, has shown impatient, inflexible tendencies. Would use them again as last resort, but looking elsewhere for "better fit."
