Came to Imports Professional Auto about 8 months ago to have them look at an oil leak I had in my BMW. Obed told me exactly what I needed to get this fixed. The cost was fair and I knew he was knowledgeable based on the reviews I read. He showed me my from suspension was leaking hydraulic fluid. This needed to be replaced. Last week I finally came around to getting it fixed. I also took a stab at doing my own brakes with parts from on online auto parts retailer. It was all junk. I had him fix that was well. For the substantial amount of maintenance required I feel I received quality work and at a quality price!

I found Imports Professional Auto about a year ago when I needed to have my BMW's battery replaced and registered, they gave me a fair price and did the job fast. A couple of weeks after I went back and had the mechanic take a look at a transmission leak that was there for a while, he diagnosed it as the sleeve where the wiring enters the transmission from the comp. I set up the appointment and he did the job in a day and saved me about $700 from what the dealer would have charged. This is the only shop I'll take my BMW to, knowing I can trust the work performed and customer service is great as well. I have to add, they are very respectful in the way they talk to you, that is hard to find at car repair shops today.

Dpnt go here if you have your own parts or any idea what's wrong with your car. I did and I will never go back. I was patronized and they refused to work on my car. The cost to diagnose a problem on my transmission was DOUBLE what Aamco charge. The message I got was we don't want your business unless we can take advantage of you.
I have been going to Imports Professional Auto for over a year and will never go anywhere else to get my BMW serviced. They are great, honest and reasonable cost. The dealership tried to rip me off several times, told me I had a oil gasket leak (not true), etc.
Go here, it's worth the drive if you aren't close, Obie and his staff will take care of you.

I was referred to Obed after picking up my 1994 LandCruiser. After a quick chat, I decided to leave my new (to me) truck in his hands.
He took care of everything at a very reasonable price. In fact, I think sometimes I treat him worse than he treats me when I bring my truck back full of mud! (Sorry Obed!)
Anyway, I now also trust him with my Infinity G35, and would take any other vehicle I owned to him as well. Honesty is hard to come by in this business... I'm happy to say it's still around.
After buying my 2005 SLK 350 I went in search of a good, reasonably price repair shop. I found it. Obed is outstanding...honest, courteous, fast, fair and above all he does it right the first time. I recently ran out of my bmw free maintenance on my 530i and had a software issue. I took it to a well known shop in the area explained my problem and got the deer in the headlights look, he referred me to obed, boy am I glad. He not only knew his stuff but he had all the diagnostic equip. for it and explained everything, nothing hidden very honest and trustworthy. And price, very reasonable. We are lucky in clermont area to have a shop like this, with experience to go with it.
Obed was recommended to me by my Verizonwireless Sales Rep in Clermont. I decided to give him a try with my Lexus SC430. He did a wonderful job, was reasonably priced and was a pleasure to work with. We now take all three cars (the Lexus and two Tahoes) to him, and wouldn't consider using anyone else. You just walk away from his facility with a good feeling that someone truly did care about your vehicle and you.
We just purchased our first Bimmer a 2004 330CI. I am an Engineer and have worked on cars most of my life. We brought the car in to have it inspected. I was aware there was an oil leak (common issue) and wanted someone BMW experianced to inspect the entire vehicle. I took my 06 330i to imports to address an engine vibration issue. Obed quickly identified the issue, recommended the appropriate repairs and performed them quickly and at a very fair price. He walked me through the entire process. I explained to Obed that the car had recent work performed at Tuffy Auto in Clermont, which was a nightmare. Tuffy completely overcharged me for substandard and unnecessary services. Thank goodness there are profeesiona and honest mechanics like Obed. I have the utmost confidence in his ability and integrity.
As for Tuffy Auto, I will never use them again and recommend that everyone avoid Tuffys at all costs.

I took my wife's 1998 BMW 528i to Import Professional when the left rear window gear broke. Even though I arrived at the shop just minutes before closing, Obed gave me a quick and accurate assessment of the problem and resolution as well as an estimate for repairs. Obed assured me that the part could be ordered, received and installed by close of business the next day. True to his promise the repair was completed as promised at the estimated cost. By the way, it is important to note that the same repair would have been at least half again more at the local BMW dealer as what I paid at Obed's shop. Additionally, he is a very pleasant, personable and professional businessman and mechanic. We will always bring our BMW to Obed for all future services.
Took my car to another mechanic in the area and I was told I had a blown head gasket on my 2001 BMW 325i and I started to panic. I only had 72k miles! I am SO HAPPY I got a second opinion from Obed at Import Auto Professional. Had the car towed to them and a day later I had my car back running perfectly. He knew immediately it was the CVV and I had an upper radiator hose leak. He even went out of his way to fix a window creak issue with the window regulator. This guy is the best car mechanic in the area and has dealer quality service. Don't trust your BMW to anyone else!
Honestly, this is the best place in Florida maybe the country to take you BMW or any car for that matter. I own a BMW 745Li and a CLS 500... the bimmer had a bad "altenator(water-cooled), Starter and battery.. he did it all for less than half of what BMW was charging.. and frankly he should charge more for the work he does... he's very honest and serious about his work..I really mean it. Just call around and get quotes and you'll see. I've been to every shop there is and Obed is the best mechanic period.
Just make sure to call him before you take it anywhere... at least listen to what he will tell you... you will know he's "right".

I am extremely luck to have found this place to work on my "toy" BMW Z3 which I often work on myself and am restoring as a classic. I don't trust the car to just anyone. This place really knows what they are doing. They are very computer savvy. They also work on Mercedes and other imports. Oby is a perfectionist when he works on cars.
