There really should be negative stars. I dropped my car off at 3:30 pm on a Thursday afternoon for an oil change, and to have the front passenger door lock actuator changed. Rennie said he would take a look at it in the morning, and would call me. I didn't hear anything by noon, so I called, and Rennie said he was wondering where that car came from, he would look at it at call me. Not hearing anything by 4:45, I called and was told it was ready, but they couldn't do the actuator because they got slammed. I guess I am not an A list customer. Not one phone call initiated by Redline. I went to pick my car up, walked in the office and wasn't acknowledged, as I guess it was more important for Rennie to be surfing on his cell phone than take care of a customer. Finally got my keys, went out to my car, which was parked in the same spot as I left it the day before. The service due still showed 1/2019. No one could answer if the oil was actually changed. Bottom line is my business wasn't earned, it was taken for granted. The positive side is even though Barnum and Bailey went out of business, the circus is alive and well at 1144 NE 48th ST in Pompano Beach.

I am a DUI person and always maintain and fix my BMW until last week when the car was acting strange. I tried few trouble shouting and scanning with all kind of codes. I got tired and frustrated and thought about disposing the car. My last resort was to find a BMW shop and not regular repair one. I decided to visit the Redline Performance. I discussed with Rennie what kind of troubles my car has. He listened and gave me all kind of possible repairs it needs. I brought my car in next day and took them 2 hours and the car was fixed. The price was also reasonable. I am glad I took my car to Redline. If you need service or repair for your Bimmer, do not hesitate. Redline Performance is the right one for you.

Read the recommendations by BMW club members. Really glad I brought my car to RedLine for a new clutch. Rennie gave great advice, knew exactly what needed to be done. They made a few other repairs that needed it while the tranny was out of the car. Top shelf shop. Very, very knowledge. Fair price and performed the work right on schedule. A+++++++

Called Redline up because I was having an issue with my recently purchased BMW M6 convertible (2013). My driver seat had no power and I was receiving driver restraint system malfunction error. Seat was stuck all the way up, car was basically not drive able. They were kind enough to squeeze me in, although they were extremely busy. They found the problem and fixed it. Anthony worked on my car and was completely professional. He was courteous, very knowledgeable, and very friendly.

I will be going back there in the future for any repairs, and definitely for the upgrades I have planned for my car. Great experience with Redline.

I've been using this great BMW specialty repair shop for my 88 E30 since I moved to Sourh Florida. Redline Performance is as straight up as they come and equipped to the hilt. They're in their second generation and they eat and breath BMW with a passion but they work on Minis though too. If you want a place where you can talk to the owner, a guy who started out racing Bimmers, this is it. Oh ya, their rates are very fair too. I now have an E36 under their care.

These guys are awesome. The truth about BMWs is that they are complicated cars. You need someone honest and knowledgeable working on them in order for your car not to cost you an arm and a leg. Redline Performance exhibits all of these traits. The customer service is great - they have a racing pedigree and they don't over charge for services. Highly recommended.

Redline Performance treated me as a valued costumer right from the very first phone call. John and the staff are true professionals. As a US Serviceman I really appreciated this business supporting the troops by offering a military discount. As anyone who drives a BMW, every penny counts. Thanks John!

My E46 had been parked under my carport for three weeks and not been driven, thus the rotors were extremely rusty and vibrated. A local dealership wanted to replace all four rotors plus pads for $1,200 despite full warranty, explanation: "the rotors had mold" and were not covered by warranty because the car wasn't driven regularly. Rennie at Redline Performance cracked up when I told him the story, took the car for a little workout and came back with brakes fixed. Zero charge. That's what I call service, and that's how you win customers.

Just went to the guys at Redline Performance for the first time for an alignment on my '06 M3. They did a great job and got me in and out in less than an hour, while I waited. Plus, the cost was HALF of what the dealer had quoted me for the same thing! I will go to Redline for all my work now!

I've been using Redline Performance for over 2 years on my 2001 M5 and no complaints. Sometimes it takes them a while, but mostly due to waiting for parts they don't have in stock which isn't a surprise for a M car. They have no issues installing aftermarket stuff and the techs (Ryan and TIm are great) have no problems taking you to the back and showing you what's wrong. Just make sure you always get an estimate upfront and have them call you for approval before moving ahead.

I've used Redline Performance for a long time. If you want, they will use used parts if available, and they really do know Bimmers. Their rates are compatible with the competition, and they will give good advice to the do-it-yourselfer.

Used Redline Performance for 2yrs. Great work. I just never felt comfortable with the BIG difference from price quotes, and the "final number." That's just me. Techs are great though. Rennie knows his stuff, and they work fast.
