  • Writing reviews is not my highest and best talent, so this will be short. It IS an easy task, though. These guys extend the same courtesy, demonstrate the same interest, and provide the same service whether you take in a luxury car or a piece of junk (and I’ve done both). They are not only expert mechanics, but are customer service experts as well. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I would NOT recommend these folks to my worst enemies–but I would recommend them to my best friends (and have).

  • I searched and read the reviews after being fed up with the dealership’s lack of quality service. I took my vehicle in to European – they were upfront about the cost and took the time to explain the repairs. I have found a respectable service team! Thanks guys

  • Best and right place to fix your car!
Highly recommend it, this is one of places when you can totally trust your car, and you know they will do it right. I will only take my cars to them.

I have a BMW X5 and in the winter of this year the car was having some problems with ignition at the cold weather. It was checked by NTB and they replaced the battery. The problem came back. I took the car to neares BMW dealer and they changed battery wires and charged $650. Unfortunately, the problem was not solved. I had to leave the car with the dealer and the technician detected the problem and asked for another $650. I was very disappointed by the dealer's service and brought my car to this place. The technicians were very reliable, charged very reasonable price, very courteous and returned my car as right time as promised. I will never go back to the dealer who charges customers high price, fool them and repair wrong parts to extract money repeatedly. Great work by European Motors.

I'd been a loyal customer at EMC for a few years now. I'd never had a problem with Scott or Tom and replaced whatever they advised needed replacing. Recent experience leads me to believe that E36 BMW cars are (now) beyond their expertise. Recently dropped off my E36 for an oil change and a check of two OBDII trouble codes. I specifically asked them to inspect the wire harness in the trunk. I had also asked them to remove the OEM head unit as they could keep it for repairs once they ordered parts to fix the backlit display. I could live without the radio for a week. They had my car for a full work day. When I picked the car up, the two OBDII trouble codes started to appear within the hour. The head unit had not been removed (???). They didn't inspect the wiring harness (???). They changed the oil though and I hope that they at least replaced the crush washer. Fingers crossed! Frustrated and will not be bringing my car back to them as they didn't listen to the customer this time.
