Yes! We recycle all scrap metal, used motor oil & oil filters, used coolant/anti-freeze and parts cleaner; items that are not recyclable are disposed of properly. We utilize an environmentally friendly, non-toxic, non-carcinogenic HazMat encapsulation product to clean any spills or residue.

    When they have rough day they are nasty to their customers. Not my fault. They don't want to repair cars, they want me to buy a new car. If I pay them every week $105 per hour for 3 hrs. Job, to repair little things, I cannot afford to buy a new car. They want customers to not question their judgment on cars because they are so good. You are not supposed to talk to their technicians, why customer was not called before finishing repairs. I was really disappointed, I have been taking my car there for 5 years. Not anymore. They do not want any business they have more than they can handle.

    It is very unfortunate for any business to receive a negative review especially one without merit. This customer has always been a challenge to deal with, constantly requesting a discount, difficult to communicate with, but we are in the service business and it is possible that we could have handled the situation more responsibly.

    However, it was our intent to advise the customer of options which did include the possibility of trading or selling the vehicle. It was typical for this customer to comment about selling the vehicle if the repair cost was over five hundred dollars, so we thought we were doing the right thing by offering options. This repair was going to be several thousand dollars. I suspect our suggestion to consider the sell or trade of the vehicle was our mistake number one. It obviously upset our customer and she stated that she could not afford to buy another vehicle.

    Mistake number two was not realizing in a timely manner that it was the customer having a dreadful day, not us. This became obvious when she continued to ask the same questions and, in our opinion, expected a different answer. Our service advisors and office manager are very adept and are skillfully qualified to answer all technical questions. Requesting to talk with a technician was not necessary nor possible at the time but the customer continued her rant as she departed.

    Sometimes but not often it is best when a customer’s attitude becomes irrational that the relationship be dissolved. I think the customer made the best decision.

    I've been very pleased with Munich Motor Sports. Great customer service, diagnostics have been right on the mark and they stand behind their work. I do recommend them to anyone and will be back. Thanks to everyone one at Munich!

    I can't word of mouth enough about this shop and the team of exceptional people at Munich Motorsport. From the front end to the service department, they've all made certain that my experience has been extremely above satisfactory. The extent of customer service I've received has guaranteed my return and a reason to boast of how I'd trust them for service repairs over an actual dealership. Thank you all, your knowledge, time management, and pricing has been a blessing to me, you guys are the best.

    Jim and John are great. On the Friday morning before Easter my wife decided that she wanted to drive 7 hours to visit her family in West Virginia. I called Munich Motorsport to see if they could squeeze us in for an oil change and to give the car a once over before her trip. They were very accommodating and extremely professional and courteous. Also, they are clearly die hard BMW fans and love what they do. We have 2 other BMWs that will also be coming to Munich Motorsport in the future. Having just moved to the area it is great to know that I have found an honest shop that cares about the customer and doing things right rather than making a quick buck.

    I received an estimate from my dealership and I decided to call Munich Motorsport to receive a second opinion. Ashley was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, she basically cut my estimate in half and provided excellent service. I recommend them to anyone with a BMW issue.

    I have been a customer at Munich Motorsport on Peachtree Industrial Blvd. for several years. I find them to be reliable, honest and dependable. I always receive pleasant, quick and reasonably priced service. They keep my BMW running like new and above all I know that I can trust their integrity.
