I almost hate having to give these guys five stars because it'll just mean it will be tougher to get an appointment -- but they deserve it.
Why go to the dealer when you can get authorized service from factory trained mechanics and not get ripped off? I'll miss the expresso and leather chairs in the BMW lounge but I'll learn to deal with it. Thanks Albert and Tony!!!

In life one needs an honest, knowledgeable MD and an honest, knowledgeable auto mechanic. There are only a few technically savvy and reputable independent BMW shops in town with whom I would entrust my cars. Tony & Albert rank at the top of the list. These guys always come through, truly stellar!
I take my '01 M3 and '03 330Ci to A&A. These guys are honest, priced fairly and get the job done when they say they will. Go see Albert, he'll take care of your cars!
