Testimonials

  • This is by far the place to take your BMW or German car if you live in the northwest suburbs. Very trust worthy and reasonably priced compared to everyone in the area.

  • After searching for a trustworthy, honest, and consistent shop, we found Manny and his crew just over a year ago and…we couldn’t be happier! Manny and his team communicate well, know their stuff, and CONSISTENTLY follow through on what they say they are going to do…both in price estimate and timeframe. If you are looking for a specialist for your import, please give them a try. You will be glad you did. Keep up the great work!

  • This turned out to be a great experience from start to finish. In a world where customer service has gone by the wayside it’s shockingly wonderful at Autosport to have it be front and center. Coupled with great workmanship and mindfulness to details is cause to be a repeat customer. Whatever car issue you have make a point to stop here first and find out your cars best options. Well done and completely satisfied.

Manni and his team are great. Quick service at a reasonable price. In a world with shady mechanics, these guys are a breath a fresh air.

I purchased a 2012 BMW X5 50i with 54k miles. As dumb luck would have it, on my way home (about 5 miles into the drive), I heard the infamous BMW chime with multiple messages displayed. I looked in my rearview mirror, and it seemed like Cheech and Chong were blowing smoke behind my car. Little did I know, I was in for a world of trouble. I'll spare you all the boring details, but long story short, the BMW dealer diagnosed the vehicle and determined that the engine block was blown. They quoted me over $26k for the repair. I started researching local BMW independent shops when I came across Autosport. I can't praise them enough for their exceptional service. I got in touch with Manny, who was nothing but upfront and honest from the start. Manny spent countless hours on the phone, via text and calls, answering any questions I had. Autosport quoted me the cheapest price in the Chicagoland area, saving me over half of what the dealer was charging. Prior to bringing my BMW to them, I had the chance to meet the Autosport staff and see their shop. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in good hands. The staff at Autosport are not only highly skilled but also incredibly friendly and professional. They took the time to explain the repair process and what other parts would be inspected to ensure no further issues down the road. The customer service at Autosport is outstanding. They kept me informed throughout the repair process, and I always felt like a valued customer. They completed the repairs in a timely manner, and I felt confident in the work they did. They even went the extra mile to save me money where possible. It's evident that they genuinely care about their customers' satisfaction. I would highly recommend Autosport to anyone; they have a knowledgeable staff when it comes to European/German cars, and the best part is they treat you like family. If you're in need of repairs, this is your go-to shop. This repair shop combines expertise, honesty, and exceptional customer service; look no further than Autosport. They've earned my trust, and I'll be a loyal customer for years to come. Thank you to the staff of Autosport for all your help with my stroke of bad luck. Sam H

I have a 2002 BMW with notorious coolant issues. I took it into Autosport to get it checked out. From beginning to end, Manni and his staff kept the process seamless and stress free. They were able to locate the leak and get everything running like new in no time. My heat works amazingly now and the car runs great. Your car is in great hands here and they really care about the car just as much as your wallet!

I currently own an mk5 GLI. These guys have been nothing but help. One of the things I love about them is their quality of service. Their labor is very reasonable; it is clear that they aren't looking for just a penny. I got the same quality, if not better, that I would've received at the dealer, without draining my wallet. Their company is also great. The owner doesn't hide behind a desk or anything, he came out and introduced himself and insured that my car was in good hands. Any german car you may have, I can tell you that your complex vehicle can be properly serviced without worrying about shortcuts taken and your wallet being compromised.

I drive a 330ci year round with around 80k. The car was constantly needing coolant the last two months, vehicle is entirely out of warranty and it is my daily driver to my office in Oakbrook. Due to my experience in the past with the BMW dealer I asked a collegue that drives a newer 528 and he recommended these guys.

I took it in for a quote on a Saturday morning I feel they were very fair. I felt no pressure and the person in charge had even said I could go another few weeks before it got worse. They picked up the vehicle from my office at 8:30AM and returned the vehicle by 5:00PM the same day! Car ran perfect, service lights were gone and they even gave it a bath.
