I am so impressed with Doug and Kauth & Mayeur in Peoria IL. I took my car to bmw of peoria they guessed the problem and fixed something that did not need to be fixed and did not fix the problem that I originally took my car in for. My car still was not fixed. BMW of peoria service is so unprofessional. I called Doug at Kauth and Mayeur very professional from beginning to end. Kauth & Mayeur fixed my problem in just one visit and did not guess the problem ! Very SATISFIED!

First time here, called about a minor problem and they had me in the shop in 2 hours. Prompt service, VERY professional, and the guy behind the counter had a wicked sense of humor. Asked a few random questions afterward and they answered them without hesitation, and without making me feel stupid or that they were too busy to deal with me. Very patient with other customers as well.
Excellent customer service and end result. I'm a newbie with a recently purchased quirky 2004 BMW I'll be taking all of my future business here, hope you do Volvo's too!
