I selected a 1997 M3 from a broker in 2002, had it examined at Dreyer & Reinbold. They found it to be in excellent shape, so I bought it. I found out about Ress Motor Works, and they did all my service for 16 years, which was excellent and reasonable. I saw a 2006 M6 in September 2016 with 50,000 miles, and took it to Ress. Two of the mechanics drove/tested it, and took it back to the shop for further examination. The only thing they found wrong with it was brakes, which could be fixed for $1,500.00, and the tires needed to be replaced. I returned it to the seller, negotiated a purchase price, and bought the car and have had no problems.

I have an older (2004) X5 that I bought new and had been going to a dealership until a BMW enthusiast told me that he went to Ress because their mechanics are all BMW certified and only work on BMWs. So, I took it there for an oil change. The building is old, but I didn't care...the price was less than half of what I used to pay, the service area was clean, and everyone there is nice (not condescending). About a month later, I noticed a "thudding" sound driving on the highway and took it there. The guy (Dan) asked me to describe the sound and then said that part of the brake system on a front tire was probably "sticking". He was correct (I couldn't believe he knew what it was based on my description). A quick, friendly repair very reasonably priced and I was back on the road. On both occasions, these guys were nice, spoke in "plain English" (not car talk) and didn't try to "upsell" me on unneeded repairs. (They did mention some things that might come up in the future but said it could wait until the next service.) In short, a good experience, reasonably priced, and I trust these guys.

What can I say that hasnt been said already, these guys know what they're doing and will give you the most honest service on your vehicle without pulling a quick one on you like other places.

I will continue to take my vehicle here to have service done so long as I have this vehicle! - Great work and Thanks again!

Honest service with no up-selling by a group of outstanding people. They will tell you exactly whats wrong, what needs to be done now, and what can wait.

I've been looking for a good BMW shop for years..... I can stop looking now.

I recommend Ress Motors to all my BMW owner friends. They are reliable, efficient, and cost-effective. They can handle all routine BMW services. They always go the "extra mile," are open, honest, and guarantee their work. It's just nice to work with organizations with integrity.

This group of gentlemen are extremeely professional as well as personable. I have been taking my BMWs to them for years and have never had any problems (that weren't resolved within minutes) and have never felt like I have been taken. It is good to have I can trust with my BMW.
