Not up to par since the new management, I have been a customer of the old Euroteck for years, but this new management is trash. I brought my vehicle in for head gasket replacement because it was leaking oil from the top and a battery recharge. Well, three weeks later and 4,000 dollars later I get my vehicle back and now my oil pan is leaking from the bottom. I notice oil spots in my drive way the following morning, I'm talking puddles. So I take my BMW back to Euroteck just for them to say it was old oil left on the under brush guard that dripped down, ok. So the next morning another puddle of oil was in my driveway, I immediately called and returned my car to Euroteck, as if I don't have to work. So they then removed the brush guard to thoroughly clean it from leftover oil and they wanted me to leave my vehicle but I couldn't due to the fact that they already had my car for three weeks, so I took the car home without the brush guard and was told to come back the next day to have it reinstalled. The next morning another oil puddle. Now I'm back at Euroteck and I'm disgruntled. Three days in a row. The staff is not helping. They quickly went into defense mode and blame game. They bring the tech over to tell me my oil pan has a leak. I know it didn't have an oil pan leak before, but after I get my car back from being in your shop to get repaired for 4,000 dollars, Euroteck tells me I'm screwed. So out of my money, my time, and my driveway this how Euroteck will cost you. I will not go back and will not co-sign or recommend Euroteck to nobody.

cheaper is not always better, I had problems with my transmission leaking and I took my car to Eurotech, what I got from them for almost 800.00 was my engine cleaned, instead of changing the pressure hose on my car they patched it and supposely changed my transmission pan which if they did it was damaged. I had the same problem again this time I could not drive it so I had it towed to another shop, they were rude even the owner and did not want to refund me any money, I live almost two hours away they wanted to give me a free oil change, they finally agreeded to refund me the price of the transmission pan which was a little over 200.00 dollars. I had to go to the shop to sign for the refund and then they would not mail the refund so I had to go back again to pick up the check. Not a good shop take it from me go to the dealer.
