      Excellent customer service! Called because my son who goes to college near Salisbury was having trouble with his 2011 328ix. They were very helpful in coordinating everything with my son and I since I am 2 hrs away. Very polite and courteous in all our conversations.

      Told them what was happening they looked the car over and found the problem was a leaking valve cover gasket. I had them change that and remove a broken head bolt. Another BMW specialist had told me a may have a problem with the valve cover gasket in the future and had pointed out the bolt. Wulff's quote was well under the quote I had recieved previously. I had them do the repairs, they returned the car to us in a few days and came in under their quoted price. I will be using them again for future work.

      Great people and service. Diagnosed my issue and repaired it Honest business and only sell you what you need and that is rare today

      My X5 is my latest BWW that Wuff's has worked on.This is my 5th BMW that they have been taking care of and I'm always impressed how quickly they identify the source of the problem when they do come up from time to time. The service is quick and reasonable and I find

      them to be honest and intent on giving good service as well as keeping long-term customers.
