AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!! UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE MISTREATED AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!

Basically, they will say anything to lure you in their shop and once you are there you will be paying almost BMW dealership prices but without the level of expertise or any guarantee for their work.

A couple of months ago my car started leaking some oil around the engine. Since I was getting ready to make the drive from MS to FL and I wanted to make sure that my car was good to make the drive. Being new to mississippi and not knowing where to go I brought my car to Holton Import Service to get it checked. They quoted me 1500$ for a valve cover gasket replacement and also a water pump that was sending faulty codes. They informed me that if I attempted to make the drive without making the repairs I would run the risk of my engine catching fire. Given that they assured me that they guaranteed their work I decided to proceed with the repairs. While making the 11hr drive the check engine light came on but I didn't notice any change in the vehicle. A few weeks in florida I started noticing that my car's idle was acting funny. I didn't really worry about it until the car started stalling randomly whenever I hit the break, and also started revving up and lunging forward. Seeing that I was about to make the drive back to MS I decided to go straight to the BMW dealership in FL to diagnose the problem. They ran their diagnostic and found an air leak due to a crack in the valve cover. they informed me that one of the screws was screwed in too tight and most likely caused it to crack.I tried calling Holton Import to inform them about the crack in the valve cover caused by the tight screw but they were unavailable every time I called. I decided to pay out of pocket and get my car fixed at the dealership and to have them make sure it was ready for the drive back. After numerous attempts I was finally able to get a hold of them, I spoke to the receptionist and informed her about my problems. she told me that only KEN HOLTON had the final say on refunds or any type of compensation and that he will call me back. I ended up calling a total of 15 times before I was able to speak directly to KEN HOLTON. Once I got hold of him, he was the rudest human being/ business owner I have ever dealt with. I explained my situation to him calmly and told him about the BMW dealership's findings and this was his reply: "you trying to get some money from me and I ain't giving you SH-T, I am not going to pay for a piece of plastic, this is your problem. if you want to sue me go ahead, this is not the first time" he then proceeded to hang up the phone on me.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!! UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE MISTREATED AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!
