How do I begin, long story short I had the worst experience with the dealership I bought the car from. Fast forward to this week, all I can say is that there aren’t enough words to express my gratitude towards the whole company, they are my savior's. Bill & Clarissa went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and trust that they had this on lock. I say this to say bring your BMW here, you're gonna feel like family! Not sure who’s running this shop, but they never pick up the phone, and they never responded to emails, voicemails, etc. Being busy isn’t an excuse for that either. Had to get in touch with someone who worked there, referred to by a friend, to have someone finally get back to me. Shouldn’t have to beg for a call back or an email when planning to spend thousands of dollars and entrusting a shop with my car. Upon receiving a response, still didn’t receive consistent communication. In my case, this was a dealbreaker as I was planning on having my car dropped off at this shop for a few weeks while my ECU is shipped out for an unlock. So many other problems that I won’t get into to keep this short, but the lack of communication is ridiculous. Definitely would not recommend.
My first time at Bimmer Clinic. The service is amazing. It begins with Carissa Baratta. She responded to my email in a professional manner and when I met her in person was very courteous. She was able to secure a vehicle maintenance appointment for me in a timely fashion. I spoke with Bill via telephone. Great person and trustworthy. In my opinion, Bimmer Clinic operates better than the actual dealership. Even dropping off your vehicle after-hours is an easy and safe process. There are no hidden fees. This place is truly trustworthy and transparent. If any of you out there are looking for an honest mechanic AND pure customer satisfaction, give Bimmer Clinic a call.
I took my 2004 X3 to Bill in 2010 when he was in a small shop in Linden NJ. He was as thorough then as now. I brought a 2004 645Ci to Bimmer Clinic last week that had oil leaks and other issues. He and team gave me the detail of issues and what needed to be done. The price was fair and the work comprehensive. The car was completely checked and my agreement to go ahead with the repair saved me from issues that could be catastrophic in the near future. Bill is the consummate professional who explains and demystifies ‘car talk’. This is great for owners like myself. Lastly, the atmosphere is on par with any dealership and the customer service is great.
The experience at Bimmer Clinic was amazing. I had a brake light on the dashboard which wouldn’t come off after replacing sensors and pads on my car. They diagnosed my car and educated me as to why the light wouldn’t come off. I think I found my new mechanic for my car. Excellent job guys.

Before I bought My 1997 BMW 318IS there, Every mechanic that worked on the car was just guessing. The car couldn't pass inspection. Bill the owner, found the problem, and the other day, and fixed it. Now My little Red Tomato passed the inspection with flying colors. I will be going back again, to a place I now trust. The owner is a great guy.
