Thank you to the GmbH team! GmbH is a 5 Star provider!

They deal with things sensibly and realistically. I definitely recommend GmbH to people who want their BMW (or other make) issues resolved with no worries. Great customer service and reasonable pricing.

Motorsport GmbH was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad! The mechanics were friendly and fair and the customer service was really exceptional. I had a long list from the dealer, and Motorsport broke it down for me to let me know what really needed to be done, and what did not. I will be coming here from now on.

I have taken my car to Motorsport GmbH several times now. John and Drew have done great work. The communication is continuous. We have extensive emails back and forth talking about suspect problems, diagnostics, recommendations, on to resolution. It feels like emailing a buddy who is helping you out working on your car. The rates are good and sometimes little things get thrown in without any labor charge. Very good at "while you're in there" stuff. I cant say how much better they're rates are compared to the dealer, as I have never gone there.. lol

I took my car to them first about 1.5 years ago, just needing an alternator and a few little things. Then another 6 months later I gave them my car to take care of a long list of issues that had been neglected for too long. I had some weird hesitation that turned out to be from bad coils. They did valve cover gaskets, new coils, thrust arms, front sway bar links, a motor mount, trans and diff service, diagnosed an electrical drain, and a few other little things. More recently John replaced a window regulator, power steering reservoir and hoses, new slave cylinder. bleed and fill of both.

Just a few weeks ago I asked him about an overhaul of the suspension. Again communication back and forth was awesome. I had spent countless hours on forums trying to find out what I want. I had decided on H&R springs on Koni yellows. John recommended a few other options he thought would be better on the car, including the Bilstein B12 set. That lead me into a different direction. Ended up going another notch up to the B14/PSS coilovers. The biggest point he made was the importance of matched springs and dampers. I had never considered coil-overs becuase I thought they were all about going really low, which was not my intention. But that was really not the case. I am at stock height and the ride is greath. So after a few back and forths with John and we were in motion to go with the PSS. They were installed a few weeks ago and are just wonderful on the car. Im glad I didnt go with the H&R/Konis. I have heard they are a little squishy.

Depending on the parts, John will even suggest that I order the parts myself if I can get a better deal. (Tires, the PSS coilovers)

I have also asked about some bigger ($expensive) repairs I thought might be on the horizon. They could have easily taken advantage. John has several times told me what was good, bad, marginal, worth worrying about, or ok to wait.

They know their stuff and keep you in the loop. I need to make the point of communication again. I literally have something like 150 emails back and forth with John over various repairs the past year and a half. He is also really easy to talk with when you are at the shop.

I would totally recommend Motorsport GmbH to anyone.

PS. I found and decided to try Motorsport GmbH because of other reviews on this site and other forum posts.

As a BMW customer accustomed to always having my car serviced by the factory, I was a little nervous taking my car to a new shop. These folks at Motorsport GmbH were honest, knowledgeable, and professional. They used quality parts and you certainly cannot beat the price.

Motorsport GmbH is an incredible shop. Drew and John are jam packed with knowledge about European Cars. After taking my BMW Z3 there my car felt the same as the day I drove out of the showroom. They went through my entire car; located the issues and told me what I have to take care of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Giving me the option instead of going to the dealer and just hearing you must fix these 3 things now. Extremely fair pricing is an understatement. These guys are almost HALF THE PRICE OF THE DEALER. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else again. Very Personable Guys, who know exactly what they are doing at half the price. Just Amazing! YOU COULDN'T FIND A BETTER PLACE!

For any and all repairs and maintenance, I would highly recommend Motorsport GmbH over any dealership. Not only are their costs lower, but their quality of work is superb. Also, it seems John & Drew enjoy working on cars. For instance, they did a diagnostic on my BMW, found out what was wrong with it, charged me only for fixing it, but not for the diagnostic (which they rightfully could have but did not).

Drew and John know what they are doing. They replaced my radiator and front brakes for almost half the price that the dealer charged me. Also, they answered all my questions and kept me updated during the entire process. Car was ready when they promised it would be. Highly recommend Motorsport GmbH.
