I recently took my car to Rio Rancho Imports and got the spark plugs changed on a 2011 BMW 328i xdrive. When I picked up the the car, there were numerous warning lights indicating I had four flat tires and needed an oil service. I just put four new tires and had the oil changed about a month prior to taking it in. They told me my car needed to be serviced and when I showed them the receipts for the service they said they could not remove the warnings because they were no sure that that the place I took it to was a trusted mechanic. The place that serviced my vehicle was the Valvoline store on Coors and Montano and the service sensor was reset when I got my oil changed; I made sure of it. My girlfriend and I will not be taking our cars to them anymore. We feel they do not know what they are doing and they charge as much as the dealership. I don’t like writing reviews but I don’t want our community to be taken advantage of.
I apologize, but we can't reset maintenance lights, unless we do the service. We recommend having the shop that did the service reset the lights.
They do a great job maintaining my 3 series, use oem parts and are cheaper than the dealer -- highly recomend.
