I have been taking my BMW and frankly all my cars to Jose and his team and I have never been disappointed. Takes the extra time to repair it right the first time. I bring all my cars to BMA whether its a BMW, Honda or Volkswagen. Lately they have been overwhelmed with work but worth the wait. The only issue I had with BMA was that I did not find them sooner. I’ve had 5 BMWs (740i, 330i, 335i, 335x-drive, and now the M3) and had always used pricey/polished shops...none of them compared to BMA in reference to their knowledge, actual experience, honesty, and price. Jose is the man to see if you have any questions or concerns about anything, he gets straight to it and gives you applicable advice about what needs to get done vs what can be done. He is honest with his recommendations and arguably the most fair price around. It goes without saying that I won’t be bringing my car anywhere else. If you’re looking for a new shop, another opinion or just need anything at all done, I highly recommend contacting BMA and I’m certain they’ll gain your business.

This place is great and so are the people that work there. Jose is an honest person and will never take advantage of you and only will repair what is needed and not try to sell you stuff that u don’t need repaired. I will continue going there for all my car needs.
My second time to BMA. The customer service is courteous and detailed. Joanne is proficient on communication and always very helpful. Jose is the go to man to solve complex problems from your hard top convertible to your turbos. Extremely knowledgeable with respect to all aspects of German Engineering. Jose also goes over in detail as to your problems, solutions, and possible causes. Jose is also complemented by a team of highly trained Technicians. Very fair pricing and both my visits were a 1 day turnaround. I don't usually post, but in this case if you are having issues and in need of evaluation or repair BMA is highly recommended.
It was nearly time to trade my BMW in. I had been experiencing multiple issues over the last 18 months that somehow couldn’t be fixed. After four different mechanics, one of which recommended I get rid of the car, were unable to resolve the issues, a friend recommended BMA Specialists in Deer Park. I looked at it as one final stop before giving up. If I only knew about BMA sooner.
BMA performed a miracle. They fixed every single issue my car had. When I picked it up, the BMW drove better than it ever had. A BMW dealership had quoted me thousands of dollars for the work. BMA charged a fraction of that and the results were worth every penny.

I consider it the least i could do to reciprocate the impeccable service i recieved during my recent visit to bma. Jose and his crew put the "pro in professional!! I am a truly detail oriented individual and some times people dont realize that about me. I first had them work on my sons 325i which needed quite a bit of work. I knew all the issues and watched as they correctly diagnosed and competently repaired them for a fair price. I was truly impressed and brought them my wife' 525i for repair and they again came through with flying colors.
In closing i have to say in this day and age of fly by night mechanics. Jose and crew are a cut above the rest. From customer service to technical expertise they are outstanding!!

Servicing at BMA was easy felt like it was same experience servicing my car at dealer but at much lower cost. The Jose and the staff are professional and upto point, provide the costing upfront and no hidden costs and the repair time is accurate as well. Spoke with both Jose and Marlen, both very friendly / knowledgeable. Went here to have downpipes installed in my 335is. Not only did they do an awesome job but I dropped it off overnight and was able to pick it up the very next morning! Let me tell you something if your looking for someone to keep your older model BMW operating in factory condition without cleaning out your bank account it's BMA Specialist. These guys went above the call of duty I had all kinds of leaks antifreeze oil and wheel hubs failing. They took my bimmer in and treated her like their own. These guys will be my shop going forward including my wife's honda ...awesome service.... great prices and I'm once again a proud BMW owner. Great job guys!
Took my car to BMA specialists for the first time and had a perfect and honest experience there. Jose was 100% honest and told me what needed to be done and was able to save me even more money by letting me know I didn't need further work done on my passenger side wheel hub and bearings. I live very far and for this kind of honesty and quality work. I will travel there to always have my car serviced by them. I love my 330Ci and don't trust my car to anyone but these guys will be my only exception. Highly recommend this shop! A+++++++++++

So I was told about this shop a few years ago by my uncle back when I had my first M3 and needed work done. Although I was told they did good work and were all BMW specialists, never got around to bringing my car to the as my E36 was easy to work on, and did most of the work myself. Anyways currently have a e92 m3 and the car wasn't starting and for some reason I had no idea why nor did I want to make things worse by picking the apart to look for issues that may not have been there (replacements parts are very expensive haha). So decided to give BMA a try. Not only did they diagnose the issue (Starter), but had the car back to me next day with absolutely no hiccups. Very grateful to have came across this shop and Jose is great seasoned mechanic and definitely knows his stuff, also very personable as well and genuinely will try to help and look out for you rather than rip you off like 90% of the other shops out here. Glad to have my baby back on the road and definitely come back to BMA if any addition work is needed on my M3.

BMA is an excellent shop run by top notch guys. It reminds me of a family oriented "old school" shop my dad used to go to....that is so hard to find these days...A place you could trust to do good work for affordable prices.

I bought my first BMW back in 2012, a 2002 3 series, so it needed some work. Glad to say I been coming to this place for all my needs and to be honest my car is still running great thanks to all the work that they've done for me. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and you truly get the feeling that they have your best interest in mind. What I love most is the advice and tips that they give you and how they work with you to make sure you're getting a good deal AND that you're truly fixing the right problems and not just waisting time and money. Just give them a shot, I'm sure you won't regret it.

Jose did some body repair to my z4 which was in a small fender bender. He helped me negotiate with the insurance company so the car would be repaired fully. I initially brought my car into a local BMW dealer and was told my low mileage 335is needed extensive work done to it. I could not believe what they were telling me so I called around to get more input. Jose at BMA Specialists heard my story and had me in the next day to diagnose the issue. After his diagnosis the car just needed the VANOS Solenoids replaced (a common problem with the N54 engine). All in all Jose was extremely honest and fair, it also was a bonus that he worked at some of the largest BMW dealers on Long Island and comes with expert knowledge on all these vehicles. I highly recommend these guys!
