  • Best place to bring your Audi, Benz, BMW, etc. Everyone was extremely helpful and very honest. I would recommend anyone to their shop. Reasonable prices and always stand behind their work. Only place I will ever bring my Audi. 5 stars all the way.

  • This is the 3rd car I've brought to Jeff's shop for service. The staff and team are small enough to know me by name and close enough to mean I don't need to drive to the dealership on the other side of town for needed work. As long as I am driving European imports, this is were I'll have all work performed. Prompt, accurate work on 2 BMWs and a Mercedes. Very pleased with the results on all the cars.

  • Always have taken care of me. Fairly priced and honest. Hard to find these days.

  • Second to none... By far the most knowledgeable, and capable. I have had work done many times. As someone who worked in the automotive field for over a decade, I can assure you a very fair and honest experience. If I can't do it myself, this is my first call, always.

  • The most friendly staff and professional work in CNY! They take good care of your vehicle, never over charge, and there's a friendly professional atmosphere when you walk in. The most honest, respectable, caring repair shop I've ever gone to. I just can't say enough! They're amazing!

  • When I walked in it felt like a doctors office, very clean, all of the staff I encountered were very friendly. My car was not only fixed very fast, but my lack of "vehicle knowledge" wasn't taken advantage of at all! What I thought would be a $500+ job turned out to only be $53!!! Not that I love vehicle repairs or anything but I will be a long time customer from here on out! Thank you!

  • The team at Upstate Imports have been working on my European vehicles for TWENTY years. There isn't anywhere else I would even consider taking my vehicles - to the point of scheduling my services there when I drive back up from Florida twice a year.

Having owned BMW's since 1978, when the marque was obscure and BMW owners flashed their lights at each other as they passed, I'm not a "Johnny come lately" to having them repaired. Needless to say, as the insurance commercial states "I know a thing or two" about (car repair shops).

A few years ago, I discovered Upstate Imports very near to where I live actually so I "googled" the shop to read the reviews, just like the one I'm writing. I had never heard of them at the time but the reviews were very good. It seems they had built a new shop near me and had been for years in a previous location near Syracuse.

Cutting to the chase, I called and made an appointment and have had many appointments since then. BMW boards on the internet urge owners "not to go to the stealer (dealer). Instead, find a good independent shop"

Upstate Imports is that "shop". These are nice, honest and skilled professionals. I love cars so I would sometimes just stop by to look at what Jeff (the owner) had on the lot for repair. He would always take time out of his busy scheduled to speak to me. He or his assistant Matt would give me a ride home if I needed one.

Initially, I thought it too good to be true, as my relationship developed with Jeff and his people. But time and again, I had a positive experience and I am not alone. Every review I've read essentially confirms my opinion.

So, if your car needs repair, do your self a favor and call Upstate. You will not be disappointed.
