    I’m not a mechanic but I have a decent understanding on cars. That being said they took the time to explain everything to me and not get annoyed. I’ve had my Audi there twice, and both times were good experiences. I was even told the second trip that they were slammed and might not get to me real fast but I still had the car back in no time. Great friendly mechanics.

    This is the place to go for Mercedes maintenance and repair. Highly recommended and very reasonable. Meng and his team are always polite and customer service is five star.

    My car had quite an extensive lists of things that needed to be done. Kinetic did everything that was quoted perfectly with no surprises. Would 100% recommend. Meng and his team are great.

    I took my granddaughters '09 Mini Cooper to Kinetech for repairs. I explained to them that I was worried that the repairs were going to cost more than the car was worth. They checked the car and that indeed was the case. I appreciate Kinetechs honesty and not replacing part after part but never really "fixing " all the real issues. They were very kind and professional.

    Tim and his team are knowledgeable mechanics. They performed maintenance work on my M3 in a professional manner and for a great price. There is no runaround with these guys and they do what they say they will do. I will certainly come back to Kinetech Motor Werkes for all my future maintenance needs and repairs.
