I came across Autolika and Nenad’s crew last Christmas Eve. The transmission on my 2003 330xi had failed (torque converter) in Cleveland mid-way through a cross-country trip home. With few options I called around to a handful of independent shops on the morning of the 24th. With no one picking up I resigned myself to the one BMW dealership open in the area, it was Christmas Eve after all so what could one expect. On my way to the dealer, Nenad from Autolika gave me a call in response to my voice message. He discussed with me the transmission issues I was experiencing and offered to take a look at the car that day. Nenad spent several hours of his time walking me through my options: local rebuild, salvage transmission, or certified BMW rebuild. The decision was complicated by the age of the car, distance from home, and the variety of warranties provided by each option. I appreciated Nenad’s efforts, advice, and help on that Christmas Eve. He also provided me transportation to the car rental so I could complete by trip. The next week, on my way back through Cleveland, I picked up my car. It’s been almost a year and the car still runs fine. Many thanks, and if Autolika were 600miles closer I would use them as my regular mechanics.

Took my car to Nenand after another shop screwed up my suspension. He took care of the problems and called me with details before he started the repair. Great work and even better communication! I'll be bringing my bimmer back for more work in the future.

Awesome guy. Other mechanics were telling me to get a million things done with my car that weren't working. After wasting a bunch of money, I dropped my car off and an hour later he had it figured out. When I got there he put a camera in my engine and was able to show me exactley what the conflict was. If u have a BMW or euro import take it to this guy he knows his stuff. Has a great reputation with auto parts store staff as well. Have heard nothing but great things.

I have 2003 BMW X5 4.4l and it started making some engine noise and I went to 2 dealers in Cleveland and 2 independent shop that works only on BMW and they all wanted to change engine $5000-6500 estimate and then I talked to one of my friends who has taken his 05 BMW X5 to Autolika and he assured me that he did not meet better technician when it comes to German cars.So I called them up and after 20 minutes of conversation with the owner I could tell that this is real deal he explain to me over the phone all possibility's and costs and once I brought my car to him he assured me that engine does not need to be replaced and that he can fix it for about $3000 and if is not fixed that I would not have to pay .I never heard of any repair shop offering that so I knew that this guy must know his work to offer this no fix no pay policy .Two weeks later my car was done and I have put 4000 miles since and it runs like new Would definitely recommend to anybody .Thanks Autolika for great work
