Great experience. Took car in for basic maintenance and was treated professionally. Very knowledgeable and found ways to fix minor problems very inexpensively. Would highly recommend and will be scheduling more work to be done in the spring. So glad I found a Bimmershop I can now trust and recommend. Can’t say enough. Great job guys.
The guys at Flitzen Factory are the best. Ask them anything -- I can vouch they REALLY know their BMWs. They'll treat your baby as their own and you'll be treated like family!
Taking your Euro to Flitzen is like taking your car to a family friend. This place will make you want to buy a BMW just so you can have them work on it.
ProTip: I normally schedule in advance because they are typically super busy.

I completely trust the mechanic, Ethan, at Flitzen Factory. He kept my car a couple days to drive it (it was stalling very sporadically) diagnosed the issue and had it back to me the next day. Their prices are way cheaper than BMW dealerships and I don't feel like I"m being gouged. Another thing that I love about Flitzen Factory is that they don't give me a laundry list of everything wrong with my car (which has happened at an area dealership) and when I took it to Flitzen they were HONEST.
Great service and extremely knowledgeable. They let you know exactly what needs done in great detail and are more than willing to answer questions.
Only minor work performed on my vehicle but it's a good group of folks who are passionate about the cars and the work they do - and offer reasonable rates and solutions for issues that I am not able to address on my own. Just wish I lived closer!
My experience here was very positive. Joe and his crew did a great job on my 745Li with a overheating issue. They were able to quickly identify the source of the problem and fixed up my car, the price was really reasonable, it would of cost lot more from a dealer. These guys are knowledgeable mechanics, and they are actually BWM enthusiasts! They will treat your car like their own, definitely recommend if you want the work done correctly with your BMW.
Wow! I may have never met a better team to service my car. Extreme,y knowledgeable about the brand, factory and aftermarket parts, connected to the BMW community, and friendly to top it all off. I searched for a reputable shop online quite some time ago, and the reviews given for these guys were always excellent, and now that I've had to have my car repaired, I'm glad to add to those reviews. Great work, great service!
Joe and Ethan are running a great shop! M3 was howling and I was ready to pay for new wheel bearings, but they drove it, then put the car on the rack, listened with a stethoscope, drove it a bit more and informed me that the noise was tire noise, not a bearing. And they wouldn't take any money for their trouble. They'll be seeing me and my cars again.
Joe and his team are great to work with. Work was great. Pricing was very fair (and much better than what you'd get at a dealership).
Not to mention the garage is about the coolest garage I've seen in a long time. Lots if classic cars and motorbikes to check out. Some really unique stuff. Loved hanging out there while I waited for my car.

What a great experience at Flitzen.
I drove an hour to get there to fix my seatbelt pretensioner. Was greeted as if I was an old friend, even though this was my very first visit.
I was able to work on their free wifi, and in less than it took me to drive there my car was fixed with a swapped tensioner.
Excellent service and I will be back for sure.
These guys are great. Honest and knowledgeable. My car needed the motor and tranny pulled out for the work i had done. They kept me updated everyday with pics and texts. Car runs like new. Highly recommend this shop.

I took my recently purchased used vehicle in for an overheating issue and Ethan the technician was able to solve the small issue quickly and did not charge me. I immediately felt like these guys were car guys and were genuinely interested in helping me instead of taking my money. I had them look the vehicle over and had them replace a few worn out parts. They were quick and professional. I highly recommend you call Joe even if you don't own a BMW. Ethan is an extremely knowledgeable? technician and had no issues fixing my car. Took my wife's Kia Soul to Flitzen Factory to check the brakes. Ended up saving $60 on a part the dealership was trying to overcharge for. Their love for BMW's was very apparent and even rubbed off on me. I immediately began a hunt for one myself. I am now a proud owner of a BMW and happy to have a place I can always get maintenance at. Really fun professional guys. I look forward to have more work done in the future
Smooth experience with the guys at Flitzen Factory. I needed some work done on my E36 M3, (engine/trans mounts, fan upgrade, electrical issue diagnosis) all of which was handled quickly and competently. They even helped me out with sourcing a replacement for my rear quarter window, which was shattered during the cars storage before I dropped it off at the shop. One look around the shop and I could tell they were enthusiasts. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again.
