It's always great finding a shop you can trust to give you good service at a fair price, and only for the service you need. Jimmy saved me an unneeded expense for a suspension repair recommended by my tire shop. He gave me a few options for a brake repair and explained the differences. I value his work so much that we now take my daughter's 1998 Audi A4 and my wife's 2012 Audi A4 to Europa. I trust Jimmy much more than the dealer and other Audi shops I've tried in the area.

I will continue to bring whatever cars we have to Europa Auto Care for service.

I have 3 European cars with the BMW being the most problematic when I first began going to Europa Auto Care. I had taken the BMW to 4 different repair shops, one of which held themselves out as specializing in German cars. After returning to this shop literally every 3 weeks, I finally found Europa. They quickly found and fixed the problems causing multiple visits to the prior mechanic - the first time they worked on it. They are simply superb in every respect. They fix problems correctly the first time every time, all of the time. With 3 European cars, I have a good deal of experience with Europa. Their rates are exceptionally reasonable. They are very accommodating of my hectic schedule. They are knowledgeable, competent, diligent and exceptionally honest. As a single mother of three being able to trust them and know my daughters are safe driving my cars is critical. I won't take my cars to anywhere but Europa Auto Care.

Jimmy and his crew at Europa Auto Care were excellent in performing a pre-purchase inspection of a vehicle I was considering buying from a BMW dealership. The service and parts that needed repair helped in dealing with the dealership, which eventually were repaired by the dealership and helped me to negotiate a better price for the car. Europa even checked the repairs afterwards to ensure the dealership performed them correctly and they did not charge an extra fee.

The investment in bringing the car to Europa Auto Care and peace of mind were well worth the pre-inspection fee. The Europa crew rock. I would continue to bring the car to Europa in the future but I live out of state.

I have a 1995 BMW 325is and is has its issues. I searched around for some independent BMW shops and found this one. Service and quick and very, very well done. I also wasn't overly charged for parts or labor. I highly recommend Europa Auto Care.

Freezing cold morning in Cleveland, I hadn't driven my BMW X5 in a couple of days, and to no surprise the car wouldn't turn on. After troubleshooting the basics and having AAA give it a try, I googled for an independent BMW service center and spoke to Jimmy who assured me that he could fix whatever the issue was. Had the car towed to Europa Auto Care and a few hours later - Jimmy had diagnosed and fixed the car. Did not overcharge me, did not try to upsell me on any other issues, great service.

I usually service my car at the BMW dealership for the "convenience" knowing that I'll be paying a premium, but now that I've found Europa - can have both great service at a fair value. Really appreciated the honesty of what next maintenance I needed as well - first time I wasn't scared into a service I didn't need.

I have been to Europa Auto Care twice and I am absolutely satisfied with the service I received. The prices are great and my car was fixed in a short period of time. I will be taking my BMW back to Europa Auto Care.
