We had a wonderful experience with Max at the Powell location. We went in for an oil change and was informed of a safety issue with my tires. They were able to get new tires on at a competitive price the same day. They also offered a loaner car. We will definitely be back.
I was satisfied with the work performed on my 12 year old car. I need to maintain it to keep it running, & I have every confidence that the technicians at Oxford & the diagnostic testing tools they use are working hard to do that for me. I was provided a ride back to my home after drop off & would also have been picked up at home to return to pick My car up if needed which was greatly appreciated, especially not having to ask someone to do that. Will definitely continue to have my car serviced at Oxford.
My recently purchased weekend toy started making a slight squealing noise from the serpentine belt. Having just moved to the Dublin area I had no idea where to take it to be looked at. Oxford was wonderful to work with! They replaced my brakes and did an oil change. Great communication and services were complete in same day! Also competitive pricing and you can’t beat their loaner program for $40.
