Had a serious wreck on the highway leaving majority of my car intact except for everything below. Alignment, and wheels were in bad shape. A little bit of body work was needed as well. They totally cured all ails and my car is driving perfectly. Zach put me at ease and ordered the parts right in front of me making I was getting the pricing while giving strong input to the insurance adjuster. I will be doing all auto stuff there from now on!

In town from out of state and needed some work done on my BMW before my long trip home. I spoke with Zach and explained my situation and how I was pressed for time on getting home. He assured me they were able to do the work needed and would make sure to get me in right away. So I showed up, and sure enough, they pulled my vehicle in right away. Of course, with my luck, there were some additional issues with my vehicle. Zach gave me the heads up, explained what was going on and did everything possible, and then some, to remedy all the issues in a timely manner. I'm happy I've found this shop in Tulsa as going to the dealership for these jobs was going to be way out of budget.

Zag Autowerks is one of the best auto repair shops I have been to. Our family is currently in the middle of moving from Virginia to Tulsa and Zach’s team was on point with helping us with our 2014 Audi Q7 engine problems. I am very particular where I send my vehicles for service. They were able to correctly diagnose the problem, communicate the necessary repair actions and we got our vehicle back a few days later. They understood that my wife did not have other means of transportation and went ahead and provided a loaner. You can tell a lot from a shop when it’s clean and organized. Zach and his team will treat you well. Thanks again for your kindness and great service.

I own a BMW. I am happy to have found a trustworthy establishment with certified BMW mechanics to work on my car. Great alternative to BMW of Tulsa. Their work is thorough & efficient and they made the repairs in a timely manner. My advisor, Robert, kept me informed, answered all my questions & just overall the best. As a first time customer, my experience was great! My only complaint was the 3% credit card fee they charge.

Zac and Zag were very helpful to me. He used a walnut blast on my vehicle even though it was a domestic car. When that did not fix my car, he continued to work to find the problem. Everyone at Zag was kind and helpful. I appreciate their attitude and their work!
