  I've taken my car here many times over the past 5 years that I've lived in Pittsburgh. My experience has ranged from awful (car was totaled during a rain flooding incident, obviously not their fault); to fair work done didn't really match my expectations (either cost or schedule); to outstanding. Usually falling on the outstanding (or close to it) range. They are very fair with pricing, have been very accommodating with getting my car in and serviced and helpful when it comes to explaining the issues and what they can or can't do.

  My car has been modified a bit and they have done quite a few of these changes much to my satisfaction, but most importantly their familiarity with cars and knowing practical ways to deal with to maximum their performance is invaluable. I definitely recommend them.

  I currently own 4 BMWs and have had them all serviced at McB. They are honest, competent, timely, reasonably priced and clearly know BMWs. They fix what you ask them to fix and don't offer up thousands of dollars worth of questionable add-ons like the dealer does. This place is a well kept secret so let's keep it just between us BMW enthusiasts.

  Excellent knowledge and service, particularly for anyone who has a performance modified car. Mike and son Mark are passionate racers who have been doing this for a long time, and it shows.
