    I was able to get same-day service for brake replacement on my car. The team was friendly and knowledgeable, gave me a quote range over the phone and had me fixed up in a few hours. They even dropped me off at home in their shuttle. The quality of the work was top notch, great communication throughout, and the price was fair. Will definitely go back!

    I’m extremely happy with the service here! The staff is very friendly and informative. After some work was done on my car, my engine light came on. I called them right away and they told me to bring it in immediately — they checked it , fixed it and didn’t even charge me, which was amazing! They always call before doing any work, explain everything clearly, and keep me updated throughout the process. I also really appreciated how they helped me prioritize what was most important and even gave me a full summary of my car’s needs — from urgent repairs to things that can wait. This level of transparency and care is hard to find. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and I’ll be returning to get the rest of my car fixed!

    I had some questions about the front end of a vehicle that I recently purchased and needed to have it checked out by a company that I trust and here we are. I was told by someone else that I need 2 front tires but didn't want to put 2 tires on a car that needed front end parts. Not only did Protech verify that my front end was fine but they also informed me that all tires are fine as well. Protech has more than once, earned my business and in this day of rising costs, it's nice to know that there are dependable people out there and the people at Protech are some of the best.
