Kadünza was established in 2012 by enthusiast BMW owners who all share the same passion to correctly maintain and restore each ultimate driving machine that comes through our shop in Knoxville, TN.

We pride ourselves in doing the job right and treating each customer’s vehicle with the same approach that we would with our own vehicles.

If your goal is do the bare minimum to keep your BMW on the road then we may not be the shop for you and if you bring us a vehicle we feel might not suit you reliably for the cost of repairs needed we will give you our honest unbiased opinion.

Simply put..

We do not provide cheap or quick fixes.

We do not install cheap aftermarket parts.

We will not cut corners to save you money.

We do not recommend unneeded services.

    Wow! Just wonderful! Was able to secure an appointment within an hour of calling. Car was taken back less than 5 minutes of arriving on a Friday! All staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My car was diagnosed and the parts were in stock. In less than an hour, they were finished, including diagnostics. Pricing was very reasonable for an unanticipated repair. Robert said I would notice "better gas milage" resulting from new spark plugs. Whoa...I could tell immediately when I began accelerating that there was renewed power under the hood! I appreciated the crew, service, waiting area, and information shared about BMWs in general and specific questions. I highly recommend this shop! I'm not from Knoxville, so it's reassuring to know there's a top-notched service company I can rely on in east TN. THANKS!

    I have had many experiences over the years with mechanics, but I can unreservedly say that Kadunza is the best shop and mechanics I have dealt with. Not only are they true experts and thoroughly knowledgeable about all things BMW, they are also honest, courteous, friendly and thorough (I also like the fact their shop is so clean and well organized). From the diagnostics, to the estimates and repairs, the experience was flawless. Robert and his team answered and explained every question and concern I had. I have not only had repairs on one of our BMW’s, but also a full comprehensive pre-purchase inspection of another. Their advice and services are exemplary. They also offer warranties on all of their work and stand behind them. I am of opinion that besides being passionate about repairing and maintaining BMW’s, Kadunza strives to cultivate a relationship with their customer base that’s built by trust and honesty. They truly go above and beyond for their customers. If you own a BMW (or Mini) and are in need of a pre-purchase inspection, maintenance or repairs, look no further…you have found THE place to bring your vehicle…Kadunza! You will not regret it or be disappointed.
