For a woman entering an auto repair shop it can be a daunting experience. The world under the hood of a car is pretty much a mystery. I own a 2008 335i. Recently I had to take it in for a repair. Jean was wonderful. After patiently listening to my description of what was happening with my car, he explained what was wrong and how it could be fixed. I am so happy with the work and service my car received. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time, in a very professional manner and at a fair price. Thank you!

I couldn't be happier. The guys exceeded my expectations, once again. They corrected the issues for me, and although I was very angry initially, I am a happy customer. There isn't a better place, in all of Houston, than The Bimmer Workshop. Jean, Roy, and Allan are great businessmen, and their level of customer service and satisfaction is unmatched.

Today is Monday, December 31, 2018, and I am furious! I dropped my car off at 800am. It was "ready" at 200pm. It was supposed to have an oil filter stand gasket replaced. I drive from Humble to Katy, and by 500pm my car is ready to blow up! I look under my hood to find a mess like nothing I've ever seen before--oil splattered everywhere! Oil is leaking from the bottom profusely, and there is an intense burning smell.

Additionally, I clearly see 2 loose screws just sitting in a side crevice where the hood closes. I paid nearly $600 in labor alone! There was no real labor--only shotty mess, and it cannot be denied. Thanks to your mess, I will be without transportation for at least 3 days--the day you blew it, the next day (because you still decided to celebrate New Year's day instead of having someone fix my car immediately), and the following day to "have it towed to fix it again." Any bum shop could've screwed up, but I didn't think I was going to any bum shop. I thought I was going to a shop with dedicated, experienced, knowledgeable, highly skilled owners and workers. I shouldn't be without my car for 3 days, and I shouldn't have to pay for labor the clearly didn't occur.

I have had 3 BMWs (2007 - 2018) and will only take my BMW to this shop. I began taking it here because I lived in the neighborhood and when I moved away, I had no issues driving across the city for Bimmer Workshop to address my concerns, issues, questions, opinions about my car. ALL the guys here are professional and personal. I can't imagine anyone else handling my car besides them. If you are wanting honesty, integrity, NO scare tactics, great pricing and of course excellent service - look no further - you will be happy that used them and it won't be your last time ! Nothing but good experiences.

I have used Alain for years for both an e46 330 and and e92 M3. I could not recommend him and the entire staff of Bimmer Workshop more highly.

This is the very best shop I have ever used for automotive work. They are very knowledgeable and the price per job is the lowest I have found.
