    After the disaster of my tire falling off because another shop put the wrong lug nuts on my brand new rims ruining them I went here and they are great! The mechanics are very knowledgeable and got me put back together at a respectable price and had the truck done in a great timely manner. They have my trust

    First time here and I am very impressed so far. I was referred here from another business because they couldn’t address my problem. I called and explained I urgently needed my car tomorrow and they got me right in to look at it. If their work is as good as their customer service and lounge, I may have found a new mechanic! Update: their work is terrific as is their customer service! Jeff convinced someone to even stay late and finish up work so I could deal with my emergency. A wonderful young man Luis drove me home. I highly recommend this place.

    Previously had them rebuild/replace the front end including the rack/pinion. Work was done flawlessly. Inspection and reporting with pictures was not expected but found it impressive. Definitely like working with Adam. Went back for a transmission fluid/filter change and my 2006 Sienna drives like new! Originally recommended by Discount Tire who gave me a 10% discount card.

    Came in for a problem with my car. It would shake whenever I exceeded 40mph and then again when I would brake. After 30 minutes of waiting to get my car checked out. They came back and told me my drive shaft needed new U-Joints. I talked to service advisor Brandon. And he was super helpful and answered all my questions while I was there. They had my car done and back on the road the next day! I also got a great price with these guys! Very affordable. Very professional. Very friendly. 10/10 recommend 5th gear!

    I had a bumper piece I had that needed to be replaced. It took these guys about 15 minutes to replace the part and they didn’t even charge me. Really nice clean shop and waiting area. They will take you home and pick you up if needed. Really friendly and nice waiting area. They also work on foreign cars! Check them out!

    Wasn't sure if they worked on big trucks. They were able to do some maintenance that I couldn't get done at the dealer because the dealership was back logged for 6 weeks.

    I have been taking my car to Fifth Gear for years and their service and honesty is excellent. Their staff is friendly and gave updates on my vehicle. I was even able to get transportation back to my house while my car was getting serviced. They are honest and hard working with customer care a top priority.

    Fifth Gear has taken great care of me and my F10 BMW. They perform all the maintenance and have repaired two oil leaks. They also replaced my Airbag clock spring recently. From pickup and delivery to shuttle service they spare no expense at making my visit super convenient. I have been to dealer multiple times and have never found service like they offer

    This was my first visit to Fifth Gear Automotive and all the people there were super helpful and professional. I had a 4 wheel alignment done on my BMW while I waited, but I will be back to have them take care of my M3 from now on.
