Honest and great work on my 550i. Sewell Grapevine said repair would be $1,440.00. Import Car Center did work for $641.00. Sewell also had another item for repair at cost of $1,240.00. Icc checked the item and said no repair was necessary. Good old Sewell , just want more of everyone's money. From now on, ICC will do all my work on my cars. Very honest, great work, great price, and Brett is the best to do business with. What else do you need?
Had my BMW worked on a few months earlier and I spoke with Bret about getting more horsepower and he suggested the Active 8 tune and I am so happy he did, my car runs so much stronger and the pull never stops. Worse experience ever. They only fixed one thing out of 4 and they over change me based on the limit is set. They also took two weeks to even look at the car after I call several times.
I took my 2004 M3 to Import Car Center based on the reviews on this page, and I'm glad I did! They took great care my BMW and the turnaround time was great. I was in and out of there with a same day appointment in less than a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend them.
I had steered away from Import Car Center because of a brisk attitude the first time I called over a year ago. Today, I was stranded on my way to work so I limped my 325i in to see if they could diagnose the problem. Got the same initial attitude but they did agree to try and work me in and low and behold they had me out the door less than 2 hours later, with a faulty coil replaced. Not only that but the price was very reasonable (well below just the diagnosis fee the dealers charge) and there was zero pressure to do additional services. Recommendations were made but not pushed at all. I was grateful and left with a much better impression. If you can get past the first contact, they are very good. I recommend them and will likely return myself.
The service manager at Import Car Center was very knowledgeable about my 2001 BMW 325i and resolved my issues extremely fast along providing recommendations without the pressure of having them done immediately like some places. I've found a great alternative to the high labor costs of a dealership.

We have owned quite a few import cars over the years and try to keep our cars in excellent mechanical shape.
