MGM AUTO is truly professional and extremely knowledgeable. They diagnosed my BMW X 5. After BMW Center misdiagnosed it, MGM AUTO earned my business for as long as I’m in the San Antonio area. Very happy with the service provided, also the time they had my BMW. Fixed the same day! You don’t get that anywhere and to me time is money. MGM AUTO is the best BMW and European car specialist. Mr. Mgerian is a car doctor. He looked at my car and knew the problem without hesitation. He is very knowledgeable, you can tell the guy is a professional. Repaired it in matter of minutes and had my car back to me. On top of that, he quoted me a price half of what BMW center was trying to charge me. If you need a professional service done to your BMW, MGM is the place. I will not take my cars anywhere else. You guys are awesome, thank you.

This is a great dealership. My family has used them for years It's actually been 12 years, got a great deal again on my 428 and service has been exceptional over the years. Friendly faces, relaxed atmosphere, honest, loaner program is so convenient. Would always be my first look to buy another and would not go anywhere else for service. For an example my friend took the 2012 BMW 328 I to BMW of San Antonio and got an estimate to get the valve cover replaced because of the oil smell and smoke coming out from the engine I told him to take it to MGM AUTO so he did and he end up saving over 920 dollars just on parts. The savings were great, like I said, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else but here. Take my advice.

It's been a couple of times that I have been here for car purchases and repairs MR Mgerian has been a great guy and has been completely honest with his estimates and diagnosis. He even showed me what he has replaced and let me have the old broken parts and has even replaced a bulb or two without charging me. This is one of those guys that takes pride in his work & is hard to find. He has the old fashioned sense of customer service. I am very satisfied.

If you want premadonas, go to a BMW dealership, if you want straight up great personalized service go to MGM AUTO. This is how auto mechanics should be. It's rare to find someone so honest and straight up. Showed me everything that needed to be repaired, did not put any pressure on me and repaired it at a significant discount compared to any dealership. You can tell he has a passion for his job, and he does it well. best service ever happy new year if I could give 10 + stars I would
