Patriot Express Tire &Oil is almost around the corner from me. I paid my first visit yesterday for an emissions test. Walked into a receiving office area that’s brand new and cleaner than those of many medical clinics. The receptionist was very polite. I waited comfortably about 15 minutes, and the car was ready; very pleasant experience. They certainly will be my go to place if/when I need any of the services they provide.

Mike, Atlanta, GA. I was on a cross-country road trip and had a powered seat motor issue. My wife is handicapped and needs the seat to adjust for her comfort when in use. I was referred to patriot express through my vehicles warranty representative, and I needed the matter addressed immediately being that we were passing through Dallas. In seeking assistance, I initially contacted Patriot over the phone, and was greeted, very professionally and courteously. After hearing my problem, and without hesitation, the general manager, Landon invited me over to the shop to take a look. Upon arrival he Immediately greeted me in a friendly and professional manner. Within three minutes he was able diagnose my issue and made an attempt to fix the problem without trying to rip me off with a hefty fee. Sure enough, he was able to restore power to the seat the seat, and when I asked "what's my service fee", his response was "this one is on me". Talk about appreciation and shock! If I were a resident of Plano, I would trust no one other than Patriot Express! Quality of service and honesty is hard to find these days, but this shop definitely earned my five star rating and trust! I believe that they are a leading example of what and how outstanding customer care and service should look like all over our country. Kudos to Patriot Express. You guys are awesome!!!

I highly recommend Patriot Express to anyone experiencing car issues. I recently visited this shop to repair misaligned wheels on my vehicle, and they were able to meet my needs at a reasonable price. Austin, the gentleman who spoke with me, patiently explained everything. He had a genuine desire to educate me on the mechanics behind the misalignment, and his enthusiasm was very evident. The employees at Patriot Express are not only professional and knowledgeable, but they are also reliable and trustworthy. I look forward to doing business with them again!

I was referred to Patriot Express from Discount Tire since they did not have the appropriate tools to conduct the Alignment (cambers specifically). They gave me a $50 coupon for an alignment. Base price- $129.99 to discounted $79.99. The receptionist was fast to respond and got me an appointment on the same day. She was very professional and clear. Upon scheduling my appointment, I asked if the camber can be done and it was confirmed. I even provided my current alignment measurements and made sure the technicians can conduct the alignment. Quickly, I received a call from the technician and talked about my vehicle and how I been looking for a place to do alignments on off road vehicles. My vehicle is nothing extreme. Just a Tacoma with a 3in lift, slightly bigger tires with wheel spacers. The technician guaranteed me that they should be able to do it but it’ll depend upon visit and how my truck parts were. As I arrived to the facility, the receptionist was very kind and they had a great lounge with a/c and complimentary drinks. Shortly, I was called and the technician expressed that he was not able to conduct my alignment. His explanation was that the OEM measurements of Toyota Tacoma and my modified vehicle made it where nothing can be done. He referred me to 4WP for off road specific vehicles. 3 stars because I specifically explained my case on the phone about my vehicle AND I was charged $40 for service. Discount Tire did not charge me anything for not being able to do my alignment, yet their referral company charged me $40 for not being able to do it. I understand the techs have to be paid and etc, however, it was never disclosed that there was a fee. I expressed many times how I was not able to find a place to do an alignment and I was very hopeful on Patriot Express. Having represented this case, I expected leniency to not get charge when it was never disclosed. Overall, time/money was wasted on my end. It seems like a great facility based on reviews but had I not get charged , I will remain at a 3 star. Please keep in mind this is not the facility for off road vehicles to get an alignment. You will be risking $40. Thanks! UPDATE: The owner Brent called and apologized for the miscommunication. Offered refund and free oil change. This shows great character & customer service!

I initially went to Patriot Express Tire & Oil just for an oil change, but after I mentioned a noise while driving, they did a free and thorough inspection of my tires and CV axles. They quickly identified the issue and gave me an honest recommendation with a clear cost estimate. I would’ve gotten the repair done there if I didn’t have to drive back to Oklahoma the same day. Everyone there is super professional and friendly—even the front desk staff knows their stuff when it comes to cars! Plus, their waiting area is the cleanest I’ve seen in any auto repair shop. I’ve already recommended them to my friends in Dallas, but I still wanted to leave a review because they truly deserve more visibility and higher ratings!
