Sam is an awesome owner. I pulled up on a Saturday and he was supposed to be closed but by chance he was in the shop working on his daughters car. He stopped what he was doing to help me out, checked my car out and got me an oil change. Did I mention on his day off! Plus they use liquimoly for oil which is a big plus. Great shop and out standing service. Will always recommend him and Pharaoh Imports & Domestics.

When I first came to Pharaoh Imports & Domestics, I had gotten a quote for $1700, I went to Pharoah and got the same thing for $900. Everyone there listens to you and they are very patient and knowledgeable. They will explain and show the problem to you. I know it 's hard to believe, but they are honest good people, and I will not take me vehicles any other place.

I’m a new customer to Pharaoh Imports & Domestics, as of October 2016. As a Senior with many vehicle purchases in my history, I assess the overall rating of this business as Excellent!! I highly recommend this business and appreciate the service provided.

Sam was very patient and explained everything regarding requested services to the detail I desired. This business demonstrates what I define as ‘a very positive customer experience’ __ Great service done in a timely manner, at an affordable price, as well as being attentive to customer concerns. I did not feel the need to second guess services recommended. I look forward, as the need arises, to on-going honest service support from Sam and Staff, for both of my vehicles.

Had a coolant system leak on my 335i and Sam and the crew at Pharaoh Imports & Domestics got me right in and fixed up. Great communication and prices far better than what you would expect. They do more than just imports. Definitely give these guys a call before making your final choice on where to bring your vehicle.

My 5 series was having a battery drain issue. Took it to Sam and his shop Pharaoh Imports & Domestics. And immediately felt welcomed. I hate going to Mechanics because they always try to jip you for extra money. But not here. I felt welcomed and appreciated I brought my business to him. They are very reasonable with the prices. Haven't had a battery related issue since they fixed my sensors and installed a new correct battery, And also fixed other issues! Great mechanic! Will be taking my 5 series back there for any other problems!

I had my Z3 convertible top replaced by Pharaoh Imports & Domestics. Their prices are reasonable and much cheaper than the dealer. Their work is top quality. Their price and time estimate was spot on. They completed the work on time and at the given price. I am a satisfied customer and will return for any future car work.
