Ryan and Brent at UBS are awesome! They took a test drive to understand the problem that I had put the car up did a full systems check and diagnostic via computer and visually. Checked all tire pressures suspension bits, and refilled all fluids. They did the work in a quick time frame, kept me very informed, allowed me to look and observe every step of the repair. Then after they finished took another test drive with me to make sure the problem was gone. Gave me a great price and friendly service.
I highly recommend these guys. Between the two of them they have 19+ years of experience as certified bmw technicians at BMW of Dallas. They only work on BMWs and are very specific about keeping brushed up on their expertise.

I have been in this place a year ago. I am with all confidence returning to have my car service done for this year. I liked their professionalism and their great work. The best this I liked is their honesty they do not insist you to fix that does not needed . The waiting area makes you feel home. With all good service you can expect prices to be way cheaper than BMW dealers.

Great quality work at an affordable price! Brent and Ryan have been on point detecting potential problems with my car and provide recommendations for future repairs. They do not try to up sell as most people do and allow the customer the time to get the repairs done when customers are ready.

Keep up the great work so that people can afford a BMW and not worry about cost of maintaining the car.

Ultimate Bimmer Service does live up to its name; they perform excellent work, they do it quickly, and they charge excellent prices for their quality work. I have used them several times over the past few years and they always have done a great job. I would also say that an advantage of working with Brent and Ryan is that they are very knowledgeable about BMWs and they are very thorough in their evaluation of the car. They have been able to successfully address issues that other service shops have not been able to touch (like the infamous harsh tranny shifts, aka slam).

All in all, 10/10 for service, speed, price and quality.

I have taken Brent and Ryan my BMW a few times now to fix a few issues that have hit my car. Each time i leave satisfied knowing that my car couldn't be in better hands. They have great prices and an extensive knowledge of BMW's. I couldn't see my self going anywhere else. I recommend Ultimate Bimmer Service to everyone who owns a BMW.

I heard about Ultimate Bimmer Service from the Car Cellar(a BMW used reseller). I had an incident with road debris which damaged my oil pan. I found this out by having all the oil drain onto my garage floor unfortunately. I called UBS and Brent promptly sent out a towing service to pick up my car. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had it repaired when they promised and I was very pleased with their work, their professionalism, and the time they took to explain and show what exactly had happened. They also did a courtesy check of all fluid levels and misc items. I feel very confident in telling you that UBS is a valued BMW repair shop and will entrust them with all future work on my 540i. I would also recommend them to anyone looking for a repair facility for their BMWs. Its hard to find someone you can trust to only do the work required and to do that work professionally and at the best price possible but fortunately UBS is one of those.

Ryan was extraordinary in the work they did. They repaired me within given stipulated time they told me. I left the car the in the morning , they did smoke testing, found what is the problem in car ordered the air brushes immediately and changed them before evening same day. I really appreciate them hats off.

I am a US Marine and I work with professional. All I can say is Brent and Ryan are that, Professionals and very respectable gentlemen. If Marines had a repair shop this would be it. I am usually very skeptical when it comes to mechanics, however I have to admit my experiences at ultimate bimmer services have been refreshing. Ryan and Brent are not only knowledgeable and trustworthy, but are committed to taking care of the customer. I can appreciate that type of service. That's why I keep coming back. I've owned my Bimmer for about a year and a half. No Bimmer shop can beat Ryan and Brent as far as service and price. They treat my car as if it were their own. They always keep me informed of what I need at the moment and what appears to be needed in the future. After moving back to Dallas last May I have tried out 3 BMW shops including the BMW Dallas dealership (bad idea). On recommendation from this website I decided to try out Ultimate Bimmer Service and couldn't be happier with my experience so far.

The service and knowledge has been top notch. More importantly they have been honest with what repairs are necessary and which ones aren't. They even inspected some work done by the dealership and informed me that it wasn't done right so i took it in to be corrected. I highly recommend them and they will take my car to them as long as I'm in Dallas.

Let me preface by saying I rarely write reviews, but I feel obliged to with Ultimate Bimmer Service, because I recently had an experience with them that amazed me (this is my third visit with them). They impressed me with their integrity. That's a word that's bandied around a lot, but with the challenges of my car they proved themselves to be a cut above. First, Brent and Ryan are extremely knowledgeable, smart, competent, friendly, honest, and articulate guys -- who took the time to explain what was going on with my car and how they went about fixing it. At each step they explained in detail what the issues were. Couldn't be happier with how I was treated. Secondly, I can not emphasize the superb customer service. Thirdly, they saved my car. So, if you have a BMW that needs a service, I would recommend these guys. I will never go back to an overpriced BMW dealership again. Thank you, Brent and Ryan.

I began searching for BMW repair places in Dallas after needing few leaks fixed and receiving ridiculous quotes for the repair. Ultimate Bimmer Service gave a fair quote and saved me hundreds of dollars. I will take my car there from now on and regret I had not found them sooner. Brent is very friendly and patiently showed me what is wrong with the car and didn't push me into fixing things which weren't needed. I will be telling all my friends with BMWs about UBS. A++++++

Both Brent and Ryan know their Bimmers and have to like their cost structure. Brought in my 2001 530i with a CSP sensor and they had it diagnosed and fixed fairly quickly. Were quite thorough in their analysis of problems and faults. They are good at working with you on getting the essentials done depending on your budget :-). I will have more to say after the next round but am very pleased with their work, timeliness and rates.

I had my BMW serviced at Ultimate Bimmer Service by Brent and Ryan last month. They are the most professional and done to earth guys you will ever meet! They explain every detail of your issue and don't try and rip you off like the big dealers do. They only fix what is needed and don't force you into fixing somehting that doesn't need it. I found them online on CL and I would recommend giving them a try. I know I will be going back to have them service my car from now on. The prices are the best in the area and I trust them with my car.
