Folks, this is the best BMW repair shop in the region. Eric, Rick & the crew are the best. They set the bar high and every time they cross it, they raise it. For two years, Signature independent BMW took exceptional care of my X5 and corrected several problems. Rick honed his Service Manager skills and reputation at BMW of Bellevue. That is where I received the recommendation to go for service on a complex X5 repair. Signature Independent took care of my repair issue at a surprisingly reasonable rate and guaranteed there work fully. It is now 4 yrs later, and I haven't experienced any issues with this repair. Folks! This is old school auto-service repair at it's best and finest! In this highly electronicized and gizmo'd-galore driving world, Signature Independent is the only choice for a BMW driving enthusiast like myself. I'll be relocating back to the Seattle area soon. Took my 2011 7 series in with serious engine issues.... they were great. Worked with warranty on my behalf for weeks and weeks to prove the issue was real... the job was SUPER complex... literally had to remove engine, transmission and even rear end. Car completely dismantled and put back together. FLAWLESS. Attention to detail was 10 out of 10. So rare to find this level of professionalism. Outstanding job. My respect!!!

Called Signature about doing a PPI on a 2011 M3 for sale near then. The dealer was asking an outrageous amount for the car with the mileage it had, but at the right price, knowing it would need some serious repair work, it could be a good car. Eric and Gabe were absolutely fantastic to deal with. I must say their PPI was the most thorough I have had done! Pictures with explanations and a conversation about their opinion of the vehicle! In the end, I made an offer to the dealer based on the PPI, which they rejected, which I was perfectly okay with!
We dropped off my 2008 BMW last week to get repaired as Firestone had put in the wrong spark plugs and really screwed it up. I am over the moon thrilled with the service and treatment we received and will be only coming to you for my BMW vehicle needs from now on.
Not only did you thoroughly diagnose the problem but you fixed it 100% and provided us with a detailed explanation of everything you did and found and what that meant and why, including pictures and videos!
