Hello, this is Ken, grey (white) haired guy from S. Parkway ran BMW shop. This location has been great, Very blessed to have moved here, diagnostic equipment much improved and superior to previous equipment I had purchased. Enjoying seeing all my regular customers and meeting many new ones.

Great team here, technician with any real tenure has come along and is doing great. Factory ISTA (BMW) diagnostic and information equipment is wonderful as well with the latest AUTOLOGIC diagnostic equipment and A/C machine. There was a number of tools I had to replace due to “sticky fingers,” generally better as well. Locked fence parking, tow service available, smoke free, Wi-Fi, rides available as needed. Character and integrity, be careful of those leaky vessels out there. Come check us out! Thank you.

    European cars since 1984, 12 years BMW dealership experience. Managed, ran and grew independent shop, still 49% owner, only BMW & Mini for 15 years. Have continued educating myself, kept updated with factory techniques and diagnostic philosophies. Absolute blessing to have opened new shop, in a great building and location for most. Mr. James, 11 years experience working with me, has decided to come along as well, as a couple of good, young guys learning the trade.

    I am extremely impressed with the service I received at Bigger's Motor Werks. The work was done right, on time, at a reasonable price. My BMW was having issues and Ken was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. To have an independent BMW shop in Huntsville of this caliber is a real blessing.

    Highly professional. High quality BMW service. Very cordial and pleasant to deal with. Bigger's Motor Werks in Huntsville does what the dealer can't. They really care about diagnosing what you really need- and no more. I can't recommend them highly enough.

    Ken at Bigger's Motor Werks has worked on all of my BMWs for many years. He is professional and honest! I have always been happy with the excellent BMW service and fair pricing Ken has provided. I recommend Ken to all of my friends that drive BMWs.

    Ken at Bigger's Motor Werks has been taking care of my cars for many years, doing routine maintenance as well as installing many aftermarket performance parts. He has always performed top quality BMW service and I have been very pleased with his work.
