Hello, I'm Ken I've been servicing BMWs for 30+ years in the Huntsville area. We:re located at 720 Church st. NW. Huntsville Al. Utilize factory ISTA diagnosis and programming. My background is dealership based for over 10 years. Moved on to owning and growing a local independent BMW shop for another 10+ years to moving into the Church st location where we are able to be much more centrally located for the Huntsville and surrounding area. Just off 565 exit in the Downtown area. As our cars have gotten much more complex with safety systems, traction control, ADAS etc. Dealership level training is unmatched. On the job training is just not enough to maintain and service our vehicles. We strive to spend 20 to 30 hours of training per year per associate from the shop to the office staying up to date and knowledgeable has been a priority and will remain one. We are maintaining MINI"s as they are BMW owned also.

I am on my 3rd BMW and Ken Bigger of Bigger Motor Werks has taken great care of all of them. Not only with maintenance items but with numerous after-market parts as well. From high performance cams, clutches, LSD, and aero body panels, Ken has handled them all. The staff likewise is super friendly and helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Bigger's Motor Werks to replace the driver side headlight on my 2016 BMW 535d, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service! From start to finish, their professionalism stood out, and I was blown away by the affordable pricing—nobody else in town could have come close to matching it. The team at Bigger's clearly knows BMWs inside and out, and I will absolutely continue bringing my BMW to Bigger’s Motor Werks for all my future needs. Highly recommend!

Bigger's did a great job replacing the front brake rotors, pads, and sensor on my 2016 535d. In and out in one day. Price was fair. Overall, I was very pleased with Bigger's Motor Werks and plan to have them work on both my BMWs going forward.

I am extremely impressed with the service I received at Bigger's Motor Werks. The work was done right, on time, at a reasonable price. My BMW was having issues and Ken was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. To have an independent BMW shop in Huntsville of this caliber is a real blessing.

Highly professional. High quality BMW service. Very cordial and pleasant to deal with. Bigger's Motor Werks in Huntsville does what the dealer can't. They really care about diagnosing what you really need- and no more. I can't recommend them highly enough.
