I have used Momentum Motorworks for my 2002 325Ci after it went out of warranty and for a 1996 328i . During this time I have found them to be very fair and honest. The work is always first rate. When something didn't go as planned they worked with me to get it right and were quite fair. They now are servicing my replacement for the 325Ci, a 2003 M3. They gave me a pre- purchase inspection on this car which was very detailed and well worth the price. I highly recommend them for BMW work and can only believe that they will provide the same quality of work for the other brands they service.
I am on my fourth BMW (all used I must say...!) and all four BMWs have been serviced by Momentum. Rory and all of the other team members have been extremely good to me (and my vehicles). I trust the information that I am communicated about my vehicle and I know that the guys there will perform top notch service on the vehicle. I totally have peace of mind when it comes to getting my car repaired there because I know it will be done right the 1st time! Momentum is also very helpful to me in allowing me to use one of their loaner cars while mine is being repaired. I have known Rory and his team for about 10 years. They have worked on all my unusual BMW problems, my 335i, my old E-28 ('84 528e) and my much older E-9 ('71 2800 CS). They try to find the root cause of problems, not just replace parts until they happen to find the correct one. Believe it or not, I actually trust these guys.....I think you can too.
Amazing experience! I went to Momentum Motorworks with no appointment so they could check into &/or fix the daylight running/parking light on my car & they did it for free. ( I had already bought the new one & brought with me). They were very polite, professional and very helpful.
I have used these guys for five years to put tires on my cars. I took the time to write a review today because they worked me in at the last second and put tires on the front of my car and had me back on he road in two hours. A pothole had damaged a tire and I really appreciate their prompt service. I highly recommend them. Thanks to Josh, Sparks and Rory today for the help.

Thanks for a great experience. Matt and the crew saved me from the sucking money pit disguising itself as my local dealership, replacing and registering my battery at a significant savings from what the buccaneers at the dealers quoted. Matt also ate 20 dollars of the cost of the job, because he wanted me to receive the benefit of his estimate. That is a class act, and one that makes my decision to drive from Montgomery for their help well worth it. I'll definitely be back for future work, maintenance only, inshallah!

BMW of Birmingham apparently could not get rid of an intermittent vibration on this vehicle. I brought it to Momentum Motorworks... Problem solved! I have been doing business with this company since about 2004-5. I have never been disappointed in the personal attention and genuine honesty of the entire staff! They know what to do! There has never been a problem they could not resolve. I have never felt like I have been taken advantage of after. These vehicles are expensive to repair and I think that is always a consideration. Rory, Sparks, always take the time to explain what they are doing and how much it will cost. I have never left angry and that speaks for itself!

I bought a used 1998 Z3 about a year ago. It looked wonderful, but had numerous mechanical issues. I won't go into details, but Josh at Momentum has been very pleasant and professional to deal with on repairs to this car as they arose. Their shop is a "one and done experience." We're now down to occasional oil changes. Prices are reasonable and repairs are quick. That's about as good as it gets!!
It's been a huge relief to find a shop I can trust. In addition to doing great BMW work, the techs at Momentum Motorworks are courteous and professional and obviously know their stuff. They don't try to take advantage by selling me services I don't need (and I'm female). The waiting area is clean, and the people who work out front are friendly and normal. These are all things I haven't experienced anywhere else. I will definitely keep getting my car serviced at Momentum!
Wonderful job done on my Bimmer. Josh was so very open and honest with me. The price was just right. The business owner at Momentum Motorworks was helpful, knowledgeable about the machine, and actually seemed interested in my vehicle problems. I was well satisfied with the service provided and the customer care. Unfortunately I totaled my BMW Z3. But I will be back to Momentum Motorworks with my Z4.
My BMW wouldn't start. I brought it to Momentum Motorworks in Birmingham. They quickly diagnosed it was only a blown fuse to the fuel pump. They could have said it was a bad module, bad pump, anything, but they didn't. I've worked in the auto repair industry in the '80s. I know it's a corrupt business. Honesty is a rarity in the auto repair business. Momentum has it.
Thanks for bringing my baby back to life! My experience at Momentum Motorworks was fantastic! Unfortunately, while driving my BMW the transmission went into limp-mode. Fortunately, I was able to drive it to Momentum Motorworks. Josh, the service manager, was able to get me into a loaner-car immediately and had my car scheduled to be diagnosed the following day. The repairs were performed quickly and professionally. After the repairs, my car rides and drives like a brand new vehicle. I cannot recommend Momentum Motorworks enough. Bottom line: If your vehicle (BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Audi) is in need of repair, bring it to Momentum Motorworks.
Well words can't explain how the guys at Momentum Motorworks work with you. Ok, I was told by other BMW service centers that I need like thousands of dollars worth of work that was needed. I had second thoughts and told them stop, don't do anything. By the way my mom had the car towed to this other service center when stopping the BMW service center from doing any work. I told them I was coming to get the car and took it to Momentum Motorworks where I get my car serviced at, and you wouldn't believe it...the car was ready in a couple hours for less then $200.00! So I would like to say thanks Josh and Roy. Keep up the good service and taking care of customers the way you do. To anyone that has a Mercedes, BMW, or really any type automotive, I would say visit these guys and you won't regret it.
