    They are the best. I took my Audi in for transmission service and got a print out of problems, a good explanation from the mechanic and felt comfortable when I left, which is not my usual feeling when leaving an Audi Dealership. This business is family owned, very friendly, extremely clean facilities, knowledgeable mechanics and I assume fair prices. I only compared one and they were lower. This is going to be my one stop facility from now on. They also have a couple of great low cost rental cars available.

    My 2003 Porsche 911 engine failed while visiting family in Murrieta. I live 100 miles away, so I did some internet searching and had the car towed to Autohaus Frankfurt. Turned out the car needed a new engine. Luckily I had an aftermarket warranty and the engine replacement was approved. Autohaus handled all the details, including removing the transmission so the inspector could confirm the damage. They kept me informed as the work progressed, including installing new belts and hoses at a minimal charge that were not covered by the warranty. I brought the car home yesterday and a friend mechanic had a look. Their work was perfect. It runs like a top. Transmission linkage is smooth, clutch is set just right, not a drop of oil anywhere. I was very lucky to find them.

    These guys are amazing! We have brought our Mercedes there when needing work and we refer many of our customers to them. They do outstanding work and are very honest and stand behind what they do. You won’t get ripped off and it will be done right the first time.

    As an avid BMW fanatic for over twenty years, I was in the market for a little upgrade to my e38. I first emailed the website and followed up with a phone call. The time Andrea spent with me on the phone answering my twenty questions, was amazing. She did this with no hesitation and it was obvious that this was normal for her. What an amazing experience with customer service. This does not exist anymore. Great job! I am definitely a customer now. Hope to meet you all soon.

    I will never take my car to any other auto shop ever again! This place is absolutely amazing, I have a 06 330i and they not only have a fair prices on parts( the cost of the part itself nothing more nothing less) but they also were willing to help me with the cost by giving my a military discount on labor even tho I was not in the military( my dad was) without meeting him or showing proof they just trusted me. Incredibly generous and friendly and purposefully undercut the price of the BMW dealership which would have been more than twice the amount they charged me. If you own any kind of German vehicle I strongly advise you to consider this place for any and all kinds repairs either simple or advanced they will take care of you.

    One of my headlights died and only have today free to get all my errands done. Sooo happy Autohaus Frankfurt let me walk in without an appointment. Hilda (right spelling?) is the nicest person! Professional but very personable. Found the place right away, and was impressed by how everything looks. Saw a lot of handsome cars getting worked on. It’s refreshing to find local businesses that are honest and truly value the quality of service they provide. Oh, thanks for the fast service too!
